Beauty central were rough and rushed me when I went to talk about what I wanted. I will not be coming back and do not come here if you want even a very a simple nail design, even if you have photo reference. As they put my acrylic on their were hairs and pieces of fluff which got stuck in the acrylic. Extremely overpriced for what you get.

My experience was good, a little prompting needed on some areas but overall the service was good quality. Despite my nails being brittle and out of shape, the lady was able to shape my nails nicely when I asked for stiletto. Thank you!

The team were incredibly friendly and kind, however I was not given adequate time to let the gel/shellac to cure in between coats. They were soft and I could move the still wet polish on several nails. The team rectified 2 when I went back (I didn't see the poor quality under the mall lighting), but less than 48hrs later, the shellac has cracked/chipped and is already starting to lift. I am incredibly disappointed as this salon was once amazing, but safe to say I won't be returning.

poor quality eyelash extensions, had 3 of the extensions fall out within 3 hours after the appointment and had some lashes stuck to my eyelid instead of lash line, horrible quality and $85 wasted. Lashes were applied within 20 minutes which leads me to believe the lashes weren’t separated and applied to single lashes since if they were applied properly it usually takes 1-2 hours.

Absolutely the worst nail salon that I have ever been in. Customer service was disgusting, nails are peeling after only 2 hours and I have nail polish all over my hands. Will not return and do not advise anyone else to go here.

Came here 2 days ago for a pedicure. Nail polish has already chipped, none of my toe nails are cut evenly and my feet are still rough.Lady who did it was being very rough with clipping and didn’t even give a massage. When done she didn’t even say anything, just left me in the seat and she walked away without saying a word about me being done.Will never come here again one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever received

Don't go here! They are so so bad at just simple manicures and pedicures. From filing to painting - they're uneven, you can see streaks and lines from both the colour and top coat, they hardly trimmed cuticles. Their equipment and furniture is also disgustingly dirty!! You'll notice as soon as you walk in and sit down everything is disgusting, like it has never even been wiped down. Just save yourself time and money, and go to professioNAIL or one of the others at that end of the mall.

Horrific. My sister and I had a pedicure and manicure today, and the quality was so bad. Our nails were streaky and the polish was poorly applied and looks tacky.I wasn't asked what shape I would like, and she proceeded to give me a weird mix between a coffin and almond shape.. when I pointed out that the nail was filed crooked she ignored me and left it as it was.They then stated they would give us a discount if we paid in cash.. which I found really strange. Apparently they do this to get around paying GST, which I can kind of understand but they were very pushy about it being cash and it made us feel slightly uncomfortable.The costs exceeded that of professioNAIL and Lavender by a fair bit which made it even worse that the quality was SO POOR. Also the salon itself is really gross and the staff are stand-offish and felt like they didn't care about you and just rushed everything to get you out. I asked for multicoloured nails and they stated it would be $5 extra per nail for additional colours... so I just went with white.DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!

I had a full set of acrylics yesterday and was extremely unhappy with the service that I was provided. I did not say anything at the time as the salon was busy and I am not a confrontational person but called once I got home and realised how unhappy I was. I showed a picture of what I wanted and what I received was drastically different. I would expect that if it couldn’t be done that I be told and offered something else. I also noticed that some of my nails were lumpy and had hairs in them. Upon calling I was asked to send photos and I said that I wouldn’t do that and would be coming in the next morning.Upon entering the salon I was met with hostility from the lady who did my nails and she blamed everything on me saying that I just kept asking for my French tips to be thinner and it was my fault. She didn’t even offer to fix them until my mum asked what they could do for us. I was categorically refused a refund. My friend was also with me to get a manicure and they made her bleed on several occasions.I am sitting in another salon getting my nails fixed and having to pay another $40 and have been told that the acrylic wasn’t even applied evenly.Will be following up with Fairtrade on my rights
