Purchased a TV antenna early December...only worked for a week then started having issues...checked cables and one appeared burned out"....bought a new cable at own expense....still wouldnt work...couldnt tune in channels at all...try TV on friends antenna...TV was fine..returned antenna to hardware....was told they couldnt do anything..no replacement offered....tried to tell us it was the reception at caravan Park...quick walk around couldn't find anyone having reception problems..offered new cable???...same as we had purchased..Would not accept the antenna was faulty....we drove to Ballina purchased another antenna....same brand ..worked perfectly for next 4 weeks..Was in disbelief at the lack of customer service....wouldnt have cost them a thing....return it to manufacturer and got it replaced...price of good customer review amongst locals....priceless."

For a small shop, they've got what seems to be everything you are looking for to get you out of trouble. Friendly, helpful owners. Even stock lovely herb seedlings. Great stuff!
