I have been using the company for close to 30 years, starting when they were in Paddington. This year I lodged on 25th October and only received my assessment to sign on the 21st December, the same day they closed for the Christmas break. They do not open again until 9th January. Two and a half months to prepare a basic assessment. Multiple calls and a visit did not speed things up. They charge a lot for very poor service. This is the last time I will deal with them.
