Really lovely service, I went in a few days ago to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Unfortunately the wisdom tooth was a bit more complicated to get out that expected! The staff were very lovely and patient with me whilst I was very upset and anxious.

I would like to thank the amazing dental team at Newcomb. I had no money and they seen me and treated me asap.from the young lady at reception to the 2 amazing lady's that pulled my tooth They made me feel welcome and at ease .and got me past My dentist fear .very professional and caring .explained everything and where very helpfull. I have 2 times filling on one teeth during a month only but still they couldn’t fix that and today after 2 hours and 20 minutes wait i had to leave without seeing a doctor because no body wanted to see emergency patients and they are not giving us proper appointment unless i finish emergency appointment and emergency appointment takes for ever. Really very bad experience.

The staff at the actual place, The receptionist, the dentist are lovely. I’ve been going here for years and never had a problemI recently called the mental health team, and got put through to triage. The woman on the other end was very disappointing, pretty much telling me everyone’s busy to not deal with me. She said bye and hanged up very abruptly, it’s a shame that one person can ruin an reputation

disgusting ,i was sent here by barwon health swanston house to help me after i told them my euthanasia plan ,they then gave me case manager straight out of uni who in turn did nothing but exasperate my anxiety and depression ,they cannot prescribe proper medication as they treat every as junkies !for real medical help steer clear of these pretend DR's
