Amazing shop with great staff! This was my local shaver shop until I moved further away but I keep coming back to this one because they give me awesome service every time and are very knowledgeable and give great tips. Khodie is a legend!! I will be back.

Purchased a Sharp Image. Deep Tissue Massage Pro. The Assistant Manager introduced himself as (Todd). He was very helpful, friendly and informative about the product and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the item purchased and the service I received. I look forward to shopping there again.

Ok,,, don't go there ,they will Rob you guys,I got charged $100 for the messager but when I open the bag they gave me the cheaper one.Called them and got very bad response.No apologiesNo RefundGot the receipt for the product they didn't even sold me , thinking to go to consumer court.

I thought my Remington hair clipper was broken down so I bought the new same model here (which is cheaper than Big W). Long story short I found my old one works again after I opened the new box. I went back to the shaver shop to see if they can refund because I actually didn't use it . Honestly they have all the right not giving refund to me but they did. I was so grateful for that. Excellent service of the girl and manager. Would definitely shop there again for razors.

What an Awesome shopping Experience I had with the Store Manager Georgia.I was browsing her store when I sparked up a conversation with how disappointed I was with the service my husband and I got from another Shaver Shop in Brisbane. I explained how I had always in the past shopped at Mt Gravatt Shaver Shop but at the time we we were in another shopping centre so purchased our item there. Highly disappointed with the recommendation, and service we got afterwards.!Georgia however not only listened to my disappointment and frustration but offered a solution that I never expected and was blown away by the service, and how professional she was.I have been in retail for over 30 years and this experience was 10/10!!Thanks Georgia..keep doing what you are doing and you will reap the rewards of many Loyal CustomersYour boss is very lucky to have such a great store manager like you!I have told many of my friends of the service you gave me.Look forward to seeing you again soon

Horrible experience.Poorly trained manager, demeaning to customer, would rather ague and blame the customer.Arrived to pick up item that was ordered and paid for, and told had too wait. 2.5hrs later, still not ready, finally got it with an abundance of disrespect and unempathetic attitude. Lost me as a customer, will order online or somewhere else from now on..

I bought this toothbrush a year ago and it somehow broke two days ago, it wouldn't charge, I went to the shop today to ask if it could be repaired but I lost the receipt, the staff helped to find the transaction record to confirm the information and gave me a brand new toothbrush, it's a shop with a guarantee! Very good experience, thank you!
