The Good Guys Sunbury

Called the good guys Sunbury to purchase a rangehood. I waited on hold for a long time and then spoke to someone and she said she would call me back once she had located in the store. I never received a call back so after 2 days I decided to call back... I was then put on hold for a long time again waiting for someone to help... I decided to hang the phone up and go somewhere else... Thanks No good guys

Do yourselves a favour do not waste your time going here we bought a tv was faulty in the first week we were told that Hisense need to send out a tech been waiting weeks always same story when you call them we will get back to you I will be bringing the tv back and sit in front of your doors till I get a refund you bunch of liars go to job hifi or Harvey Norman better people to deal with than these liars disgusting service from the Good Guys

Friendly team, good store layout.As expected for a good guys store, plenty of stock, service.Purchased a soda stream from here and my new bedroom tv.Quick and easy.

Went in store today, and was helped by Nigel. Have had experience of Nigels customer service before, its always been 5 star, whether Im spending $59 like last time or $1300 like today.Super knowledgeable, friendly, and nothing is too hard, always goes the extra mile to help. The Good Guys in Sunbury always makes you feel welcome, its like a good local family run store.Keep up the good works guys, it keeps me coming back.

I don’t think it’s possible to have a worse retail customer experience than that at Good Guys Sunbury. We entered the store with the intention of purchasing a Bosch dishwasher however we got talked into a Asko dishwasher which clearly is more about commissions than anything. That aside what unfolded was nothing short of a disgrace*Incorrect information on delivery and installation dates. Was promised two weeks and it later became 4 weeks* Installation partner advising the store portal was incorrect and I was advised incorrectly.* Store Employees blaming the system and the installation company.*Failure to return calls on delivery* Delivery guys attempting to deliver a TV instead of a dishwasher* Good Guys Sunbury providing the delivery company the wrong dishwasher* Delivery guys arguing it’s not their problem* A series of blame game from Store Employees each blaming other parts of the organisation..* After 9 calls to the store they finally agreed to a refund however I had to deal with Asko.*Advised every day for 4 days that Asko would call me* The final straw was the store providing Asko my incorrect information and waiting a further week for a refund.It’s evident this store has serious failures at every point of the customer experience chain.

Special mention to Chris at the Sunbury store. I understand there are two but he knows who he is. Legend was super helpful in problem solving some issues I had in identifying the right cooktop. Arrange for payment quickly and smoothly.Helped arrange delivery and provided his professional services with some other questions I had. True gentleman ✔️

Maddy at the front counter was very helpful. She coordinated my return of a defective item under warranty.She arranged a replacement item for us from another Goodguys store in regional Victoria.Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.Thank you Maddy for helping us out :-)Above and Beyond - 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The Ninja Man
