Nice place. I bought shampoo and conditioner for my dog, the owner is knowledgeable, she told me lot of dog care tips and recommended suitable products and the prices are good. Next time will try the grooming service.

I was very impressed by the groomer ( Wancy )She gave me good advice in managing my dogs washing and grooming.Best of all she did a great job on the actual clipping and wash .My dog looked great after. Probably more important my dog really liked her.I will definitely return.

The groomer was kind and friendly despite the fact that I had been on holiday and my dogs were very matted and long over due for a groom! I was not expecting a beautiful cut as I had had to cut out quite a lot of knots already. However both dogs, particularly my Westie, now have uneven faces that I will need to fix up. As I was charged full price (which was $95 per dog!!!!), this was a bit disappointing. I acknowledge that I was at fault for the high price, however I would have liked their faces to be symmetrical. If you are bringing 2 dogs it is worth noting that there was only one groomer so the wait was 4 hours.

Excellent service, friendly and professional dog grooming. My 15 year old Westie is happy, well groomed and clean for his walks around town. I highly recommend ipetclub!
