They did a great apple car play conversion on my 2016 Camry. Dash looks good. My reversing camera works fine. All the steering wheel controls work fine. Great job, especially as this was after a weeklong lockdown here in Perth. Thanks Team!

Alberts Car Stereo got a booking on the same day as I called, inspected my car and quickly found that the problem was not my radio and suggested a place to visit for the problem. They chose not to charge me because no work was done on the car.I very much appreciate this as other places would likely still have charged me.

Took vehicle in to get new headunit installed. After leaving recieved call that the wood grain surrounding had started to crack. Came back to the workshop and was hesitant to continue with install. However was assured they will find replacement dash surrounding. After months of phone calls and no luck finding the part (which I had written confirmation they would replace) I recieved no reply to my emails. I've tried to follow up numerous times with no luck. Would not recommend to anybody. Quick to take your money and then when it came to repairing the damage they had done, no effort or reply whatsoever.

The guys saved me lots of money by being able to fix my double din after I thought it was fried, really honest guys and I recommend them to everyone ❤️

All good reviews for Alberts but my experience was not great, contacted them a week earlier wanting a new CD player they promised me a Kenwood player so I booked it in coming all the way from Bridgetown as Bunbury could only do a Pioneer they said they would do it and would be better then a Pioneer all good at this stage drove up to Joondalup on the 19th got there half hour early the sales man then told me he thought they did not have the Kenwood in stock as no longer made in that model but was not sure and would send a guy to the wharehouse to check they may only have a Pioneer. He said he would let me know by phone if they did not have it, so I left my car there and went shopping did not here from them, went back hours later and surprise I had a Pioneer in my car, would have had one if I went to Bunbury so would have been the same but they could have contacted me long before I drove all the way there to let me know the Kenwood was not an option, it should have been there when I got there not go for a drive on the day to pick it up, also had to go back as they put the wrong time on it and still not right they put 2am not pm so date is 12 hours out spent a thousand bucks plus petrol for a bad experience there is only one Alberts left in Perth now I would not care if it closed as well, not happy Tim. Also the unit installed not the one I was billed for.

Went in and explained what I needed, within 5 minutes had everything prepared with professional advice from Jason and extra support.Will come here again

We bought an Apocalypse 1200w amp for our car subs (pre-wired) and Brett at Albert's Joondalup went above and beyond helping us today. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and told us how we could install it ourselves. We called him a couple of times because it wasn't turning on after set up and although he was about to close for the day, he waited for us to drive down so he could take a look. He tested it in store, again in our car and helped us source the problem (power cable wasn't connected to the battery). Rookie error but he stayed behind at least 30 minutes just to give us a hand. We are so grateful for his help. Absolutely terrific customer service from a genuine and good hearted person! Thank you!
