Darren's been a part of the Brookvale scene for many years, he was servicing my work vans way back in the '90s working for my then mechanic and has carved out a great reputation as a fastidious and detailed engineer ever since then. He's quick and can give you on the spot diagnostics, none of this not sure, we'll have to see how we go nonsense. Book in early, he gets very very busy. LPG licensed as well, which is great! Thank you D&M, luv your work!

I only needed a blue slip but these guys could not have been more helpful. In addition to the blue slip I was helped with plate removal, some cable ties to temporarily hold the new one in place, contact details of a good repairer, help getting CTP insurance and a few good laughs. Feels good when you deal with good people. Thanks

Darren and his team were so helpful today. They went above and beyond to help me with my car. I only went in to get a blue slip, and the service was beyond exceptional. Darren charged me $600 to replace a bush on my steering wheel which was visibly good. Car returned with same problem.When confronted they advised me to bring the car back and under a second analysis they recommended to replace the entire steering column.Problem was another worn bush in the steering column! Very poor judgement and technical skill!Pricing for the whole service was also very suspicious! It seems Darren took advantage of the situation and overcharged me. You lost my trust and a customer Darren people like you should be exposed!

A big clean workshop that makes it a pleasure to drop in, the friendly guys did my blue slip and helped with a minor repair for free. Nice to finally have a mechanic that charges realistic fair prices for quality work. And knows what good old fashioned customer service means to both the consumer and his business.Trust is something earned in this world and D and M auto earned mine!
