after being a customer for 16 years, I am VERY disappointed in the service and attitude I have received from Fadya and her team, after a continuous problem of Parlux blowdriers breaking within 6 months I am told that a blowdrier purchased from there store hasn’t been stocked by them for 8 years and therefor isn’t under warranty when the blowdrier was a replacement in Jan 2023. For a lousy $250 or a swap you have chosen to give yourself a bad name and loose a good paying customer, throughout This whole process Fadya has not called to resolve the issue.Well done you’ll never have my business again.

I've been going here for years and the service is absolutely exceptional. The staff are always so warm and friendly every time I go in, and they help me find products to suit my needs. They are so professional and their products are top quality! Love this place and highly recommend it.

Just went in to get some supplies for my hair and was extremely happy with the service as the staff were very helpful! Big shout out to John who was very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to help me find the products I was after. Would definitely recommend asking for John to help with all your hair needs :) The hair supply store also had a large range of products to choose from, overall great experience!

Poor customer service. Sell you a 4 watt lamp for shellac kit and takes you forever to cure. When asked about the product they just wanted to pass it to the manufacturer to solve. When to another supplier bought a professional lamp for half the price these guys are selling for and can put a hand in instead of 4 fingers and thumb on its own. No care factor forbtue customer. Would never recommend. Rip off place. Even 1 star is being too kind on the review

This is not my first purchase from L&F but am writing this review because of their exceptional customer service today. A lovely girl called about my order and informed me that there was no stock of some eyelashes that I had ordered. She offered a substitute which I agreed to. The fact that she called me to relay this information rather than send a generic email was great. She was helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute asset. I have purchased many times before and their service is exceptional. Thank you so much.

Every single time I go to LF Hair & Beauty Supplies I'm beyond impressed! The service is always amazing and I'm always treated like family by the girls working there. They always do their best to get the products I need in for me, if they don't have them in store. Even their efforts on online delivery is to be commended - my products ALWAYS arrive in a timely fashion!! Have already recommended these guys to all my friends and will continue to do so!!!

Rather buy online than go to this place zero customer service unhelpful and disinterested.

ZERO stars if I could, they advertise on their website the item I wanted it was the cheapest around HOWEVER when I went to their actual Warehouse/shop the price was almost double to that on their website and when I questioned this they said you can buy online for the cheaper price BUT delivery will cost an extra $10! I looked at their website and nothing was advertised about their pricing policy online and the difference to their warehouse and store! I ended up still buying the products as I drove all the way there, when I got home I used the item and surprise surprise now I know why they are the cheapest around BECAUSE the product I bought of them was a FAKE cheap knock off, quality is no where near the actual item I bought from a hair salon and when I looked at the packaging all the words are the same including the ingredients BUT I noticed some of the print colour is different!!!NEVER again will I be buying from these guys, advertisement and policy is dodgy and product is a FAKE!!!! I wanted to get a refund however on their website surprise surprise they indicate NO refunds!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

One of the best suppliers in Sydney. I have been buying from LF hair for my salon for over 15 years. A true family business with the best deals on allProducts. I have never had a problem with quality of items and can buy online for great deals and speedy delivery.
