As a member of an Owner's Committee in a medium size apartment building I have found the willingness of Sentry Fire to share and explain details of issues outstanding. Rules and regulations relating to Essential Safety Measures is basically a minefield and in the 6 months since we appointed Sentry Fire I have learnt more than I did in 5 years with our previous contractor. This has enabled our committee to make informed decisions for the benefit of all Lot Owners. Highly recommend.

Sentry Fire was incredibly quick with their response to our requests to address fire safety issues with our building, especially during this busy period in the lead up to Christmas. Very pleasantly surprised with their no-fuss, not-a-problem and can-do attitude. Sentry Fire is honest and reliable. After building our first multi-story development we were unaware of the ongoing safety requirements that are required to maintain occupancy. Having looked in the marketplace for a supplier, Sentry Fire was the only one that took the time to come and meet with us at the property before submitting a proposal. Dylan who came to the property was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions while demonstrating the unique aspects of our properties safety systems. Sentry Fire worked tirelessly to help us get almost every defect rectified under warranty from the original installers. Very happy with their service and recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and honest essential safety contractor.

Since we changed our essential services provider to Sentry Fire we have been extremely happy with both service and support that they have provided in guiding our Owners Corporation through the difficulties that we have encountered in arranging for building defects relating to essential services to be rectified.Without their support this would have been a difficult process due to the many complexities involved.Since their appointment we have found Sentry Fire to be very diligent in the service that they provide to our Owners Corporation & they are always available to provide assistance when required and without hesitation I am fully prepared to provide them with my recommendation.

We had been dealing with an ongoing insurance claim for 2 years, during which time we had large sections of plaster walls missing in our common areas. After very little assistance from our ESM contractor at the time, we were recommended to contact Sentry Fire to get things moving. Sentry Fire came to site the next day and immediately went to work. They were incredibly dedicated in helping us with the insurance process and coordinated all required safety assessments and reports to satisfy our insurer. We have now appointed Sentry Fire to maintain not only this property but another as well.Would highly recommend Dylan and Sentry Fire if looking for an alternative ESM company.

Sentry Fire came recommended by our OC Manager and we quickly saw the value of engaging them from day one. With a challenging number of items to deal with, Sentry Fire helped by not only identifying issues, but prioritising rectifications and staging works to suit our financial needs. With some of the larger rectification works, we did seek other pricing, but found Sentry Fire still offered the most competitive pricing. HI I have used Sentry Fire in our apartment block to look over our fire services as well as changing our lights both emergency and normal lights- some are dual. Working with Dylan was such a breeze, his way of explaining things is so good and easy to understand and he always thinks of the customer on how to do the task the correct way with out blowing your budget. As well he thinks long term when quoting a task to save costs in the future- eg install a new light to a different wall to save $800 just on a boom lift for one light. New light location is at ladder height; and using LEDS where possible to save on future costs.In regards to our lights issue, we had blown lights all over the carpark since March/April, our vendor at the time fixed some and quoted the rest. From April we have not heard from him at all, did not return any calls etc.In Jun, he replied to our Stata manger and promised , but nothing. in Jun I mentioned our light issue to Dylan while we where talking about our Fire services. He said and he can help no worries. True to his word came on site that week to walk the sites and note all lights out and type and same night we had a quote for the OC to look over. The quote was accepted and Dylan said he will have some out next week.COVID hit us for 2 weeks. When things where ok true to his word Dylan had his electrician on site that week and all lights where getting changed. while changing the lights some lights where not just tube change over, they required the whole unit to be changed. They kept me in the loop of any possible cost increases after some re hashing of the lights and quotes. Also we changed a light location to a lower wall so we did not have to pay an extra $800 just on the lift cost now and in future just for one light in a high location.To sum it up Sentry fire are the upmost professional outfit to deal with, their customer service is outstanding and the customer comes first. No task is to hard and a solution is always found and where cost savings can be found they are, with out dropping standards.10/10 from me
