Honestly, I am SO happy with SendThat! As a business owner, we need fast and responsive communication and these guys are just on top of everything. I've had small issues with customers which they fixed quickly and have always helped me out when I need it, INSTANTLY. No waiting for days for emails to be replied too! We also have a good business relationship which I believe is important. Very happy with them!

Such an easy service! Takes the hassle of heading to the post office which i struggle with working Full time monday - Friday. Booked via sendthat and they came to work and collected the package and i didnt have to worry about anything else. highly recommend and will be using again!

I have order a set of gift box at 29th of Nov, and the estimated delivery date is 5th of Dec. I have been chasing it couple of times, and yesterday they promised will be delivered yesterday but I received nothing yet.

I use SendThat in conjunction with my business Ria Lee Boutique. For me they are the only option when posting orders to my valued customers, as I they provide me with the easiest, cheapest and quickest freight options out there and to top it off their customer service is second to none. Could not recommend SendThat more highly.
