One star is way to good for this company rung them concerning a warranty issue very unhelpful owner won’t return call to sort problem out staff unhelpful would not recommend buying from them I would pay a bit more from reputable company taking it up with ACCC and consumer Affairs now.Edit: I rang several times to speak to you and you never returned my calls.

If I could do a lower review I would.I paid almost $700 to buy parts and get my dishwasher fixed. They took several weeks, then sent an inexperienced person to install it and it still had the same problem. The poor installation leaked water all over and damaged my kitchen floors (see picture attached).If you want to give your money away to a non charitable organization and have your house ruined with atrocious customer service, this is the business to call.

Extremely poor customer service. My wife bought a spare part, less than 15mins after buying the part (that they had in stock) I contacted them to say it was the wrong part. They didn't have the correct part in stock, and charged me $55 (30%) to return the item. It took weeks to arrange the return, as I kept getting told I had to speak to another staff member everytime I spoke with someone.

Ordered a replacement drawer for my freezer on Saturday April 8th 2023.I emailed them on the 16th April to ask if it had shipped as I had heard nothing in the week and got a response on the 17th saying it would be shipped from the manufacturer and a tracking link would be sent as soon as it was available. I asked if they could provide a timeline on how long and the response came 3 days later that they were waiting on an ETA from Hisense.On the Thursday 27th of April I'd still not heard anything and asked them to refund my purchase if they couldn't provide an answer by COB Friday (28th) which was 3 weeks since ordering. They responded with we'll let you know by COB Friday.Friday came and went I was busy and then on May 2nd I emailed again and asked for the refund given that they had not provided an answer or ETA as promised in the last email. They responded on the 3rd with Sorry the email was still in the outbox eta 9th of May".I let it go and didn't respond expecting it would be sent on the 9th. On the 13th of May I get an email saying "Sorry this has been refunded" Refund was processed on the 15th of May. Some 5 weeks after ordering.What an absolute waste of time. If you don't have a part in stock you need to state this on the website or be proactive and ring/email the customer when you see you don't have stock and be upfront.I don't mind waiting as long as I have a time line. I really dislike being left in limbo."

This company has zero customer service.They give 3 hour appointment windows but don't keep to their own schedules. Initially wanted to come an hour earlier then the start of the 3hr window but I wasn't home, I do have a life other than sitting at home waiting for LNB Electronics, so they cancelled.A new appointment was made but cancelled the day prior as the Technician apparently had covid. More than likely as it was a Saturday and they couldnt get staff to work!When they did come, days later, the technician was over an hour late, so much for a 3hr window; and while repairing my appliance he damaged it and as a result they were required to replace the dishwasher door.New door needed to be ordered, another delay and eventually a new appointment was made to install the door, the usual 3 hr window for appointment time and when, after being 45mins late I called.I was eventually informed that my appointment was cancelled as the technician had personal issues.No one bothered to call and inform me!Next available time 3 days later but I am unfortunately not available so I need to wait until next week.

I bought a wine fridge 2 years ago and i went to repair it in lnb electronics where i purchased it . After 1 month and $120, they were unable to repair it under the warranty and give my money back. it’s unacceptable i will never return to this shop anymore ! Please don’t go!

Great service, amazing items to choose from at a- I only wish I had an endless supply of funds so I could buy one of everything! Lol.I bought a 70in HDTV & the owner, Les, was so sweet. Really friendly service and went well above & beyond the normal level of service one would expect.I'll be back next month to buy a clothes Dryer.

What a pleasant experience dealing with LNB Electronics! Sam, Holly and Danielle were all really friendly, super helpful and so efficient. If it wasnt for their help I would have thrown my brand new 75 inch Hisense TV onto the tip (Hisense wouldn't honour the warranty - long story!). Thank you Sam for your technical assistance, I will most definitely recommend you guys to everyone! I wish you still had your outlet in Joondalup.

The whole experience regarding a warranty issue with our range hood has been seamless. LNB conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Each step in the repair process was explained and we were kept up to date with numerous text messages and phone calls along the way. I cannot recommend the team highly enough and will keep their contact details for any further appliance repairs in the future. I highly recommend their services without exception.
