29 April. Very enjoyable breakfast. Good friendly service.There have been menu changes and not as good as it used to be. I understand the need for changes because less people eating out but quality should still be a high standard.The last 3 breakfast meals I've had there the toast has been rock hard. I did make an enquiry but nothing changed. Also good to keep the salt and pepper shakers clean and full.25th November- very enjoyable brunch. Man that served us was happy to fill our requests.27th November-very enjoyable. As above.

Pleasant cafe to stop by and have a drink. Booths are comfortable and roomy, and the cafe was clean and tidy. Friendly staff and the service was prompt. They have soy and almond milk available as well.

Busy Public Holiday : Lunchtime : no skim milk left, no steak left. Woolworth 20 metres away sell skim milk. Service incredibly slow : my lunch appeared, had finished it before my wife''s meal appeared.Had to chase up the coffee ( on full cream).Almost offered to supply the skim milk myself. Absolutely terrible!!!

Maybe the Owner of this place should really give attention to all the bad reviews. Start looking as to why your shop is mostly empty and Coffee Guru across from you are packed.When I go there, the place is never very clean, tables dirty a lot of times, but WORST, this morning I stood in-front of till to order, the 2 girls chatting away behind the coffee machine. The one girl made eye contact, still not greeting of acknowledge me, just turned around and continue chatting, no urgency in the coffees they making. the young chef came to get something from the display, saw me waiting, still no acknowledgement. I stood there one more minute without ANY one attending to me, just continuing their chat. I turned around, walked out and went to Coffee Guru, where I were acknowledged Immediately by several staff and was served within 5 minutes after I ordered, even though the cafe was packed. I will not waste my money at any place, that cannot train their staff the importance to acknowledge customers, no matter HOW busy with work or chatting. A simple “hi there, wont be a minute” would be good enough for me.

I order for Croissant but they gave me ham cheese Croissant, I ask them to change with plain croissant but they were very rude when I told them I only ordered croissant not ham and cheese croissant.What you guys think croissant means ham cheese croissant or croissant means just croissant,Very poor customer service. They asked for additional payment for croissant.
