Googs' Grass & Gardening

We hired Googs Grass and Gardening Services to mow our lawn. They charge more for the first initial mow and then the next mow will be cheaper. After the first mow they were unresponsive, didn’t show up on the days promised and then finally stopped responding.I’d expect more professionalism from a business.

Unreliable, unprofessional and ignore clients.When Googs first started doing our lawn I gave them an excellent review (which has since been deleted). However, since that time there has been a steep decline. I am supposed to be scheduled for a 4 weekly lawn service but it is always a lucky dip on when they will actually come to do the lawn. Originally I received excuses and now they just do not respond. Some times they will come in 3 weeks other times it is over two months.I find them to be extremely unreliable, you can never get them to respond and they have become very unprofessional.Their attention to detail on the lawn has diminished substantially as well, with large gashes found out of plants and trees in the garden where they have rushed through whippersnipping. I would seriously avoid them.
