Amazing store and amazing staff! They’re very helpful both in-store and over the phone, needed to find some brake discs and they helped get some the next day!! Will always choose to go here first before anywhere else!

Very disappointed with the service from Auto One. Bought a tow hitch on the advice of the shop manager and it bent on first use. The shop accused me of having had an accident to cause the damage. I didn’t and I believe I was poorly advised on my choice of hitch. They refused a refund, so $200 down the drain. Thanks for nothing. Will never use this shop again.

Whenever I shop around for parts. I do the price check. Make sure its the right part. Pick the best price product from the big box stores.Then as I am about to leave to get it I call Auto One Malaga.I get mature honest advice, the pricing is always fair and reasonable. Today for example I was about to get oil, when Auto one informed me that you need more than the 5L for my car, saved me the trip back for more!I have never been disappointed with this business and service. Save your self the hassle just go see these people. Also its an independent Australian business franchise who spend money in your state.

Be careful of the supposed 25% off store wide as it is untrue. The work force brand is excluded. They even had the sign on the work force shelf unit. It gives you a false impression. Instead of spending my $100 today I will wait until I go to Merridan in two weeks and purchase the items from Home Hardware. At least when they advertise discounts they honour them. Will support a country town instead of a big chain.
