Eureka Furniture Tweed Heads

Gorgeous furniture and genuinely friendly staff at their Tweed Heads store (Hi Lesley, Kate, and Beth). Forget about the mundane mass produced factory furniture at Harvey Norman and Amart. Walk across the road to Eureka Street Furniture. It's classy, unique, and competitively priced. Delivery was easy to organise and arrived on time. I'll definately be back.

Bought a table, bench and buffet from Eureka. The staff were great at the store but the table turned up damaged and head office are refusing to refund or even replace it. I reported the issue as soon as delivered. The buffet has still not been delivered 2 months after purchase (they are saying another month). Extremely disappointed and surprised that the company won't stand behind it's products. I definitely won't be purchasing anything from here ever again.

Have recently purchased more beautiful furniture, friendly salesperson, always fantastic bargains, and quality of furnishings brilliant, and lots of different styles. Highly recommend Eureka Street Furniture at tweed heads.

The sale people at Eureka couldn't have done more for me... they spent absolutely ages with me whilst I chose my furniture. They were patient and respectful that I was purchasing big ticket items that were important to me. The variety of furniture was extensive and the choices were perfect for what I was after. Today they delivered my furniture and the staff were fabulous. They went above and beyond what I might have expected and ensured that they were careful with the delivery. Great service from really great people.. and I am delighted with my furniture.

We purchased our lounge over the phone after researching on the website. From payment to delivery the customer service was excellent. We were updated on delivery date and the delivery crew were fast and efficient taking all the packaging with them. I would thoroughly recommend Eureka to purchase your next piece of furniture. Yes we love the comfortable new lounge suite!

Fantastic collection of high quality furniture for a reasonable price. Their selection is head and shoulders above anything else nearby. The staff are lovely and very helpful.We will be buying more from them soon.

I am glad I don't walk into Eureka Street Furniture every week....because every time I do I find something I must have, they have a huge variety. The sales service is excelent, everyone is friendly and helpful. Deliveries have always arrived on schedule

I have been into the Tweed Heads store on at least three occasions to look at the Bangal dining table bench and chairs. I was always met with staff that were not helpful nor did they seem to want a sale, they could not explain refunds delivery or how the viewing of furniture worked out of the Brisbane factory due to it being live edge timber the tables would all be different.Today Kate was extremely rude serving another lady taking her cash money and trying to talk to me across the store when I told her I'm happy to wait just serve the lady in front of you.After the lady had paid she came over to my husband and I and saidDo you have anymore questions for me I've got other customers to serve. No one else was in the store.I said I would like to buy the table but if you can not help me should I just go to Bundal.Her words were just go to Bundal.So I did and the very helpful Garry served us and got my $2000 sale.Staff such as Kate at Tweed Heads are very bad for your brand.RegardsKirrinn
