Fort Knox Storage Carrara

When I found myself in the unfortunate situation of being without a studio for 5 weeks, John and his super friendly and very helpful team at Fort Knox came to the rescue. Moving in and out of this clean and well kept facility was a breeze and an added bonus is that it's never too busy and access is easy as it is located just off the M1. I can highly recommend this team.

great storage space and very clean which was great. only problem was that the lift to get boxes from one floor to the other was to slow. it would've been better if it was so fast that when I send the lift upstairs, the trolleys fly upward and crash through the roof. other than that, a great storage place and space. 5 stars

Fantastic customer service and clean facilities. We relocated from Western Australia to the gold coast and John made sure he had a unit for arrival that wasn't too big or too small. Even going out of his way to locate one near the door so we could unload after our 8 day drive interstate.Pricing was perfect and access via keypad access allowed us to come and go as we needed items. There was no hidden fee's and John even explained if we needed to leave early or part way through a month this was no issue as long as we gave him 7 days notice.Location was ideal being super close to the M1 highway and even with the heavy rains there was no issue with water. I didn't need to get a 2nd or 3rd quote and glad I phoned these guys first.

We loved our more than 10 years at Fort Knox. It enabled us to separate our part time business from our home life which worked very well for us. We now want to retire so have sold off most of our gear and we have to watch the dollars. Thanks very much John at Fort Knox Carrara.

John and the Fort Knox team provide superior service and a clean and well kept venue for storage. Very accessible to most parts of the coast, close to M1 for North and South access.
