Room was substandard and dirty, broken shower. Filthy bathroom.Multiple stains on mattress.Racist remarks made by man who organized check in... 26.10.2021.Could smell alcohol on the receptionist as he opened the room door and walked into the room barefoot ahead of guest.Did not spend the night.Forfeited the room fee.

Greg gave such a warm welcome, helped us last minute, such amazing service. He took the time to cater to our personal needs. Accomodation is clean, affordable and spacious. Will definitely return (booking under Donovan)

Kind and friendly service. Immaculately clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, quiet, handy location. Excellent value for money. Older style but very well maintained and serviced. Overall great experience. Visit the area often, have stayed in a number of motels in the area and this will now be our motel of choice.

$105 per night.-aircon caked with dust and mould under the filter, so much so that air could barely move through the unit on high speed.-door needs to be lifted to close properly-only soap that was supplied was the soap left in the room by a previous customer in the shower. Soap dispensers were empty.-The table was sticky-Flyscreen was hanging off the window-no reception on site. Check in at the black Marlin hotel.I have had better rooms for half the price.

25/7 room 10. 1 night. Fine for a stop over. Well maintained old motel. Clean and comfortable small room. We would stay again. Warm welcome from reception. There is a gate through to the Hotel at the rear (next to room 10) several guests we talked with said the food was very good.

We stayed here at a cost of 100 nightWe arrived the room was odorous like a toilet. The bed linen was stained, the towels were dirty, the bathroom shower curtain has mould on it and the ceiling fan was black with dirty.Never going back

Pulled in to motel look and is rundown and grotty, told by woman ciggy hanging out of her gob (caretaker?)That I had to drive across town to another motel to pick the key up from the owner. I drove around the full and filthy bins and overgrown garden back out and road to the other motel to pick the key up. The owner told me that that is the way that she run thing and that I was lucky to get a room. I was told that the rooms with spacious and very nice. Well that was a lie lot he got dog box with incredibly loud air-conditioner and filthy fans.What an embarrassment for the tourism industry

Have stayed a few times and the manager was great, clean room nothing fancy but that’s all we wanted. A shame the new owners can’t even be there when you arrive. Rang the number on the office door and went to message bank. Walked away, won’t ever get another booking from me. Glen deTenon, Gordonvale.

Innisfail City Motel
These guys were able to provide a cheap room at the last minute when I found myself unexpectedly in Innisfail. Absolute legends.The room was exactly as one should expect. It was clean, double bed was comfy, appliances in working order. Great place for a stopover in Innisfail.Location is central to what seems to be the main hub of town.
