Absolutely the BEST!!!!!!!Great service, give you all the time you need to explain the functions of their different machines.They supply us with their coffee beans and it is the best coffee in Adelaide!Their turnaround for any repairs is amazing (they know we can't live without our coffee machines) they do an incredible job to get them fixed in a timely manner.Would not go anywhere else they are truly the BEST!Thank you so much for your service Frank!!!!!!

Can't recommend. Worst customer service I've experienced in years. They wouldn't honour the warranty on a high-end domestic dual-boiler machine that I purchased off them.

I purchased my coffee machine from The Coffee Workshop. Absolutely great bunch of guys and would definitely continue to buy from them, outstanding knowledge of coffee machines and coffee. Service is second to none. keep up the great work !

Beyond expectations. Great personal service and machine servicing. Jake did a great job on my two SAECO babies. They gave me a card with the job numbers and a detailed receipt when it was all done. Within the time frame. Called me personally once the machines were on the bench for me to OK the work. This is the place to go. All the best guys !!

I purchased a coffee machine here (Lelit Anna PID) last year and had a great experience. Frank is very helpful, and was very patient with me and I never felt rushed. He is a top bloke!Also prior to meeting Frank, I had a fantastic experience with Mollie (Unley Store), which led me to the Glenunga store to purchase the Lelit Anna.The standouts for me during my experience with this store were Frank and Mollie.I wouldn't go anywhere else, will definitely be buying my future upgrade machine here (Lelit Bianca ;) ) in a few years.

I recently visited this store and I must say I was very surprised. The staff made me feel very welcome and at home - however their knowledge and range of machines was second to none. I would easily buy from them again. Great to see an SA owned and run company providing such great service and kicking business goals!

Very bad experience. I was sold Gaggia Megenta Milk and assured it is a reliable machine. In fact, it broke down three times in the 4 months since I bought it.The biggest problem though is their service. Last time it was getting serviced (machine was leaking) it took a whole month to get it fixed.Now, the grinder stopped working. I rang them up after Christmas and was told the earliest I can bring it in is in 2 weeks (the machine is still under warranty!!). Once I bring it in they have another 2 weeks to have it fixed.Overall, I have had this machine for 4 months and during that time I have been unable to make myself a coffee for 2 months.Avoid them and don't get caught up in their advertising and good" ratings."

I must say I was surprised. I visited here yesterday and today. The staff gave me the wrong change twice. He made me feel better because I used to give the wrong change to customer at work, because I was new. I'll suggest this place to anyone interested in discrimination.HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10if you want to enjoy his racism

Awesome service, such a quick turnaround, and whilst I was waiting for the finishing touches to my repair, they made me a fantastic coffee! I am super impressed with these guys. Such a nice change to get service, a friendly smile, and hospitality as well as fair prices. So glad you are there now.

I love this place and highly recommended it to anyone interested in buying, fixing a coffee machine. Frank and the team helped myself and our company out in supplying us with a new coffee machine and monthly coffee supply.They also helped out my friend in setting up his home with an amazing single group coffee machine and coffee grinder.if you want anything coffee, then go see Frank and the team.
