I have sent an email but no response so I unfortunately have come to this.My bridesmaid dress was absolutely ruined here. To the point where I could not wear it to my sisters wedding and I was DENIED a full refund. I would appreciate if someone could reply to my email.

Had my suit pants altered here. Friendly service, decent pricing ($23 to have them hemmed up), and they did the job well. They were also very accommodating when it came to pick up as they waited behind after hours as I was running late from work. Recommend!

The lovely lady went above and beyond to repair one of my clothing piece, even offering to iron my item!Would recommend to everyone.

I was encouraged by where we bought a pair of pants. Apart from a long wait to get served, I was able to get the pants shortened with in one hour all good!

The customer service here is amazing, staff go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I've had a few items fixed or taken in here and they have been done in a timely manner and were great quality. Would definitely recommend :)

I regularly get my clothes altered here and everyone is absolutely professional, talented and lovely to work with. A specific tailor Sue has been amazing. I am so satisfied with the alterations every time and would highly recommend them.

They offer very good service and I have used their skills on various occasions.

Went in today for a replacement zipper, waited while the SA finished up with her current customers. They left, she proceeded to let me stand at her counter, no eye contact, no acknowledgment, I may have well have been invisible, too busy fumbling with other tasks on the desk like changing receipt rolls and stapling paper. I finally got asked what I needed so I kept my friendliness though I was tempted to rip her a new one for being so rude. Told her I was just after a new zipper - to which she decided to turn around and walk into the back room with no word. At this point I was sick of being treated with such disrespect so I turned and left before She had the chance to ruin my day in the same fashion hers was clearly ruined having do her job. No one is going to ruin my day with that rubbish so i went down the road to the competitor and gave them my business before I gave the other place a negative piece of my mind. Word of mouth is much more powerful. So here it is. If you want no acknowledgment as a customer with a side of snide and disrespect definitely go here. Otherwise the tailor at the other end of marion is much nicer.

This is normally my go to place. They're expensive but do a good job. I dropped my pants off yestersay and was told I could pick them up anytime today. When I got there they hadn't even started them. I was told 20 minutes but was on my way to work and couldn't hang around. Given that they have my number they could have messaged me to let me know it would be delayed and saved me a trip.
