Where do I start!!- Poor customer service- Unprofessional communication- You must pursue any issues yourself to get anywhere with your concern- Important emails and deadlines are sent within disrespectful timeframes- Staff apparently start work at 11am, while you can hear screaming kids in the background- Operating and expecting answers outside normal business hours- There should be an explanation to why my teacher had two different names (Answers the phone to Chris but apparently his name is Nicolaas)- Never received any help nor follow up’s the entire year duration of the course from my “teacher”, not one email to ask how I was going… NOT ONE!- There is not a single main office to contact, it’s very ambiguous- Spelling errors in course material provided- All material and assessments are irrelevant due to being outdated by a century... It feels absurd to have to learn as it clearly is not practised nor relevant anymore.- Personal life is included within videos course material, irrelevant to my education- No return of calls, ever- Online portal is never updated, user experience is horrendous- No training or mentoring sessions provided as legally agreed upon application of the course, should be provided and included- ID cards look so unprofessional, they look fake and were never accepted anywhere, felt embarrassing to show other people...- No internal communication within the organisation- Waiting weeks to receive my diploma upon completion- They have 3 different trading names- They call at 7pm on a public holiday- THE ADMIN have spelling and grammar mistakes in their emails!- Once you sign up they want no more to do with you...except your money!

I used to work at this shi#%ole and the whole time I was there it felt like I was dying from AIDS :(
