Sapphire Pools (Port Kennedy Display Centre)

Ended up buying a pool . Bret was great , helpful and honest and appreciated his help.The pools are beautiful and a style to suit everyone.

So far so bad.Please go elsewhere to have your pool installed.Messed up measurements so their quotes changed.Very poor communication.Received a text message at 1732 asking if fencing could be delivered the next day.This is symptomatic of their business.We signed the initial contract in October 2021!Fingers crossed when everything is done we can at last have a swim.We were really looking foward to having a poolbut Sapphire pools have managed to ruin our expectations.Go elswhere.

We finally got the pool put in, but 2 weeks later we are waiting for the plumber, electrician and back fill to be done. No correspondence whatsoever from customer service. We have to ring them all the time. Expected handover date 10th March. Again we ring to confirm. Oh no, we can't do it then as short staffed with covid!!We will have to ring you on the 10th to organise a date.All the time we are having to reschedule other workers who were doing the finishing touches.Watch this space...maybe 10th 2023!

The worst experience ever. Pool went in a week late and it went downhill from there.Two and a half months to remove the excess dirt and hook up everything so it could be cleaned etc. It is not level now it is in and the filter leaks like a sieve! Do not use this company. Awful service, communication, and customer care.

Very slow to get a quote done, no one answers / returns your calls or even acknowledges you when you’re in the store. Eventually got the quote, tried calling with questions and wanting to pay deposit with no luck then a very rude abrupt call asking where the deposit is. Went with another company who were fantastic start to finish for $10k cheaper. Wouldn’t recommend Sapphire.

We were very excited purchasing the Junior Hawaiian from Sapphire Pools, the salesman (Cliff) was very helpful and assured us we made the right choices with our selections.There were slight delays with project starting due to COVID, but when it started it was done very professionally. From the digging to installation, we admired the competent workers especially the crane lift over the house.I am sure other customers might have had issues as mentioned in the reviews with installation and that did put doubts in my head, but this was not the case with our pool, well done Sapphire.Thanks to the new Customer Care Manager (Jasmine) who assisted greatly towards the handover. I would not hesitate to recommend Sapphire Pools to my family and friends.

Enquired whether we could fit a pool. Tried every which way - no unfortunately. Thank you for taking the time.

No one called or emailed to provide a quote despite us receiving a computer-generated response to say that a sales agent will get in touch within 48 hours.Also walked in to a showroom and met with a sales person. She said she would provide a quote within 2 days. It's over a week now and still no response.

Disaster to deal with, just had pool installed and it was hardship start to finish,would recommend anyone looking to install to stay well clear of these guys.
