Tigerlink Hardware

I recently purchased fence capitals which appeared fine at purchase, however when my builder attempt to fit them on the posts, the capitals were too BIG. My builder said we needed 90X90mm capitals, as posts are 90X90mm, the staff told me and sold me product that was meant to be 90X90mm - HOWEVER THE CAPITALS ARE 93X93mm - which meant silicone had to be used to run around the distance to cover the gap. My house is in the country, so when I had arrived, my builder unfortunately had already silicone x 5 to the posts so too late for me to return all 20 which I had fully intended to do. My builder believes the silicone 'should' hold over time - and we can also 'nail' them to the wood if needed. SERIOUSLY, REALLY?????.I AM VERY UNHAPPY THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT PER THE SPECIFICATIONS - IE., WRONG SIZE. BEWARE :(((((I can provide photos if anyone is interested.

I purchased some fencing spears from Tigerlink Hardware, when they eventually arrived they were 80% of them were not usable. they were either too loose or would not fit in the 19mm tube or had excessive remnants from the moulds. I contacted the company and returned a number of the substandard products with a sample piece of tube as requested by Tigerlink. Since then I have had no reply from them. I was going to use this company as a supplier for my fence and gate manufacturing business but that won't be happening. I am just glad I only bought a few to try them out and check their quality instead of thousands. Tigerlink Hardware will not be my supplier. Inferior products with Inferior customer service. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

The service is absolute rubbish. I'm not sure anyone actually ever turns up to work at this company. Buy something from their website at your peril.

The team at tiger link where extremely helpful and accomodating. I popped in into the Preston location to pickup another remote for our gate, but Tom (technician) explained how I could use our existing garage remotes and clone them by simply adding a receiver. This was perfect solution bc I really like having everything on one remote.Thanks Ton and the team!
