MOUNT CLEAR MEDICAL CENTRE

Very abrupt and rude Dr, couldn't wait to get off the phone after calling late... had a completely inability to listen and kept saying ok bye" after each sentence. I'm still chasing up a medical certificate that was meant to be sent at 11am this morning and have made a ridiculous amount of phone calls to the practice with no answer. Terrible service

Went their with swallen glans and thyroid playing up and all the doctor said was to take Panadol and Nurofen no blood test or nothing

Finally painted the centre so it looks fresh.Anyway am putting up a review for one of its new drs Dr Tang very arrgont not a great experience with himDr Kingsley was away & needed a prescription refilled.Dr Tang needs to up his bedside manner.Will Never see that Dr again.Surely they can get better drs.Put in an email compliant about Dr TangGave them a 1 Star because of him.Will be looking for a better medical centre.

Dr Tang is the worst Doctor I've ever seen. Rude and unprofessional. The reception staff are rude too.

My appointment time was 11.10am. At 11.05 went to the reception desk, gave my name, the lady asked me to confirm my address and asked if I was there to see Dr. Kingsley I said yes. Her and her offsider continued to chat whilst I took a seat. At 11.30 still no doctor. Another man came in about that time. Only the 2 of us. Then the dr. came out and called the other man in. I went up to the desk and asked what was going on. The receptionist asked me if I had checked in. As I was the only person in reception for a lot of the time I was amazed they had ignored me, I reminder her she asked for my address when I arrived. She then apologised and stated I would be next. At 11.45 I had to leave. No appointment and no meeting with the doctor at the appointed time.

If i could give no star rating i would. Dr Tang is rude and has no bedside manner. This clinic needs to be shut down. This isn't the first time i have found the doctors to be unprofessional. Never going back. I would avoid this medical centre.

Happy with Dr Kingsley and Dr Munney.Dr Kingsley in particular always friendly and helpful. Reception seems a bit frantic at times but no more than any other medical centre.Reception could do with a refresh out of the 1980s...

Local clinic & they Bulk Bill, but have consistently given inferior service... doctors forget to send referrals thru, send wrong information (even after correcting them), give conflicting advice from 1 appt to the next & double booked my confirmed appt, then made me wait 2 hrs to see the doctor when the clinic had only 2-3 other patients during that entire time. Looking for new clinic.

Nothing good to say about this place other than it is local, bulk-billed, and, provided you are first appointment, you are likely to see a doctor without too much of a wait.The two doctors I have seen were both very kind and pleasant. Neither helped in any way whatsoever, however.Although, it must be said that I've yet to find a good GP regardless of location or billing structure. I've seen plenty of private GPs who are just as clueless.The facilities are in desperate need of updating. The rooms are straight out of the 80s. They are cold, uninviting and cheaply made. You can hear people using the toilets. Doctors have no facilities or equipment in the rooms. Doors do little to stop noise.
