Not happy the mattress dose not fit the bed they sold me we have a gap at the end of the bed, we purchased the $5,000 mattress based on the advice given by them , and the bed they have no intention of sorting the issue out, I would rather pay more and get the right product, I will never shop there again and will be going on social media regarding this matter .do not shop there

Came in today (Fri) & tried out all the mattresses. Stood at the desk waiting for someone to help us & literally no-one spoke to us! People were milling around pretending to be busy, someone even looked in our direction then walked away. We were in the store for a solid 15 mins & not one person spoke to us! All good though, we went to Snooze up the road & bought a great mattress :)

Very disorganised place I ever seen in Australia. I’m so sad to leave this unpleasant comment here but I’m not recommending to anyone go to this place. After 3 months they are still playing with me. I’m going to return my perches .

This shop has a good range of mattresses with prices ranging from under $1000 to exorbitantly expensive. Their specials are very good - if you don't mind floor stock.Customer service was ok, though it took a bit of time for a sales rep to come and assist us. I was disappointed that when it came time to pay via interest free Latitude, the shop couldn't access the system, and I had to settle for the default tap-and-go payment option - which isn't quite as advantageous for me financially.Delivery options were disappointing. For a literal 3km round trip from their Wangara warehouse, they charge a flat rate of $90. It's more cost effective for me to hire a Bunnings Ute for an hour ($28) and collect the mattress myself. Also, they DO NOT collect your old mattress at no extra charge - which can be arranged for free with the local council.Notwithstanding the above, I got a good deal on one of their mattresses, and have opted for personal collection rather than delivery to keep costs down.Overall, I rate my experience as average. I understand it is a big business"

It takes a lot for me to put in the effort to write a review. This is more for the lovely lady who helped us today, her name is Renata. You can get great beds from many stores but I've never had the pleasure of dealing with someone as competent and wonderful as her.Thank you for making our experience an enjoyable and memorable one.

When it comes to buying furniture it's not only about the service you receive in store but also about all the after sale support. The team was fantastic in helping us to sort out warranty claim and fixing the issue. A big thank you from us.

I don’t know what it is with staff at this place- they are sooo pushy. They don’t actually listen to what you want as they are too busy doing their sales pitch spiel at every opportunity. Went to in to buy a plush mattress as I like extra soft mattresses, but the sales woman kept insisting and pushing me to buy a medium mattress. Ended up walking out peed off and frustrated. Never shopping here again.

Very poor. Bed base damaged by installers. Came out once weeks later. Didn't fix problem. Did not bother to return and correct problem or even call

I have just dealt with Martin at the Joondalup store, and can't say enough how good he was at listening to our needs, and taking us through the process of buying a new bed. He is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humour. Spending money was made enjoyable.
