My son was looking for his first car & made contact with Mark in regard to a Mazda that he was preparing for sale. We travelled to Geelong from Ballarat to take a look & test drive. We were amazed with Mark. He went above and beyond his roles to make sure that our car was being taken care from the very first minute. Througout the process, we have been communicating regularly and he has provided status update of our car until it was sold. Mark did a great job in selling our 2012 ML 250. It was an incredibly comprehensive job. All the way from detailing the car, arranging some interior repairs, photographing and listing the car for sale, managing all the enquiries, negotiating the sale and then arranging the roadworthy, transfer of ownership and hand over. The task being even more complicated due the the covid situation. We were very impressed with Mark's efforts, the result achieved and the value for money. It took all the hard work out of selling a car. Thanks Mark!
