ShipBob in Australia are THE WORST 3PL EVER. A one star review is being generous. They are incompetent. There is no local support or phone number. They do not answer emails. They are SO SLOW to fulfil orders. Their fulfilment costs are extraordinary. Their fulfilment logic makes no sense. For example, a 4 carton order to a customer was delivered in 3 deliveries by 2 carriers. Their customer service is non-existent. They have caused me considerable stress and anxiety and have damaged the reputation of my business. AVOID.

Very poor. Practically no customer service. Would not recommend to any small business. Constant mess ups, wrong items being sent, stupidly expensive shipping prices.

If I could leave no stars I would. I have never experienced such utter incompetence, a total lack of basic operational procedure, so many errors and so many complaints from our customers. I had to make the decision to leave as they caused so much damage to our brand reputation and created 10 x as much customer service work to clean up their messes. I would seriously caution any business owner not to work with this company. Not only that they seem to have no concern about any of the issues and are doing nothing to communicate with merchants and to fix problems. Very poor.
