Highly recommend. Booking in was easy and timely. Rang in the morning to confirm booking and then just prior to arriving. Was earlier than appointed time. Very honest and knowledgeable and gave sound advice. Prices were extremely reasonable. Will use again.

Peter in the Wodonga region was exceptional, friendly, helpful and genuine thanks Peter for your help with fixing my washing machine. Shame a bobby pin had to cost me so much, however could have been worse.

Peter was fantastic. Arrived when he said he would, called prior to confirm and did a great job fixing our washing machine. He explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. We will definitely use him again in the future if needed.

The repair person was communicative and on time, he was efficient in diagnosing the problems and offered honest repair verses replace options. Very happy with my experience.

Called them up and was directed to the website with no help from the reception, what's the point of having someone answer a phone if a simple answering machine could do that job??

I rang Arrive on Time Applieance Repairs first thing Monday morning as my Washing Machine wasnt emptying .I was given a time that afternoon for the Technician to come .Peter , the Technician, rang me about an hour later to say he could be here in 10 mins if it suited me , which it did .Peter arrived in that 10 mins and diagnosed the problem almost straight away - a broken pump motor - Peter actually showed me the motor and where it was broken .Within 30 minutes of arriving , Peter had replaced the motor pump and now my Washing Machine works better than ever .I am very impressed with the Service and it was certainly cheaper than having to buy a new Washing Machine.Thank you Peter very much .

Peter visited my home to inspect and help troubleshoot an intermittent issue with my washing machine.Peter was on time, and contacted me prior to his arrival to confirm I was available.It quickly became apparent to me that Peter has a very thorough and professional troubleshooting process. He is obviously quite experienced - but he does not use that experience to take advantage of a customer.
