I have been coming to this surgery on and off over the past 21 years ( always come back to this surgery when i relocate back to Brisbane)Staff are so friendly and helpful, they put you at ease. The Drs are also fantastic and professional. Special thanks to Dr Z, Dr Dutta and Dr Shane for the exceptional care they have given me. I would like to thank Deb for being so helpful to me today. The receptionists are the most professional bunch of women and always welcome patients with a smile.

Always a very good experience at Warner Family Medical Practice. Have rarely had a problem over the years I have been going… since it opened.

I didnt have a particularly enjoyable experience one of their receptionists. I spoke to the manager and asked her to listen to the phone recordings and I was impressed that she actually took the matter seriously, emailed me and dealt with it. Thank you for that. Great Dr's there, great manager too it appears. Some reception staff there (one in particular, older lady) needs to get a job that isn't in customer service.

Just 5 min late to the appointment and they cancelled the whole appointment.Requested if they can request the dr if she could see us after her last patient. They did not send request to the doctor and practice manager/ older receptionist is very rude.Avoid this place at all.

We’ve been clients of this Centre for years, we’ve started taking our own babies here now to Dr. Roleen. Every time our kids get sick she’s too busy to squeeze them in. How pathetic as a family practice. Sorry we can’t book in our children sickness 2 weeks in advance. Family practice this is not. Never there when you actually need them.

I've had some issues with the receptionists here over the years, but Dr. Mittal has always been genuinely kind and understanding to me. There was one occasion where I requested a script in a dosage that he couldn't find a recommendation of using for the reason I needed it. He told me this, apologised and provided steps to follow up with a specialist. He then rang me a few mins after our appt ended to say he had done some more research and was wrong, but he had already sent my script to the pharmacy for me. I've never had a doctor so easily own up to being incorrect about a thing, and the fact that he figured it out and fixed his error without my prompting left me with a high respect for his quality of care and character.

I have attended this practice for a number of years. The doctors are professional and helpful. The receptionists are always very pleasant. Dr Shane Delisser is an exceptional GP and I am very upset that he is leaving.A great medical practice for all ages.

We recently started coming to this practice. The staff are efficient and friendly, and the doctors are knowledgeable and approachable.. My husband and I see different doctors at the practice and we are both very happy. It works for our family.

Dr Dutta is by far the best GP I've ever had. In fact, all of the doctors I've seen at WFMP have been fantastic. The receptionists are always happy to accomodate where they can and the nurses are so friendly and caring. So happy I found Dr Dutta!

I saw Dr Suma last week at Warner Family Medical Practice because I couldn’t get in with my normal GP (Dr Roleen) and was absolutely disgusted in Dr Suma’s bedside manner. I have never met someone so rude in my life and it seems this isn’t a “one off” from all the other reviews here. I don’t understand how this lady still has a job, the treatment I received was far from okay, I left in tears. I am 24 weeks pregnant And nurse of 20yrs.. Dr Suma was not interested in listening, barely looked at me and was very condescending. Her recommended treatment was not evidence based and was actually detrimental to me, as a patient. I am lucky that I had some clinical knowledge and was able to advocate for myself to some degree. It’s terrifying to think she is treating people who may not feel they can speak up or have the knowledge to know what is right and wrong. I hope the clinical manager at Warner Family Medical Practice takes all this feedback onboard and we see some action to ensure our community stays safe and receives the level of care they deserves!
