Jason and Damien both came out to repair a lock and then replace a digital. They arrived promptly as I couldn’t unlock the door. They had a work around and solution sorted asap. Damien was great to deal with. His communication was prompt and timely. We had a door latch that would not open with the door completely closed. I tried to open the door myself as the latch had been sticky for a while, but in this instance, my charms did not work. Damien arranged to meet me on site within 2 hours on a Friday, then got the door open, then tested the other doors on the premises, and provided advice on which doors needed to be serviced. He then came back with all required parts to service the doors to ensure they would continue to open and close properly. Great service, thank you!

We had a great experience with ShieldTech Locksmiths at our Highgate Hill unit. Damian came out to quote and provided some great suggestions. The quote came through quickly with the options we discussed. Jason did our lock changes - deadbolt and doorknob - and installed pin locks on our sliders. Jason was very collaborative and made sure he understood what we wanted for the pin locks. He even asked for a broom and dustpan to tidy up. Thanks Damian and Jason.
