Home we built with them is great and no issues structurally however I would not build with these guys if you want to receive any communication from them in a timely manner. Unfortunately through out the entire process it would often take 2-3 emails before receiving a response. A nice team but they really need to work on their admin and communication.

If you decide to build with Move Homes, prepare for it to be a roller coaster of an experience. What they do well, they do really well. My build quality is fantastic. They really listened when I wanted to customise my home exactly as I wanted. However, once the build process starts, you very much are just a number on a very long list. You don’t get personalised service. There is no person keeping you in the loop of your build process. Updates only come if they are at the point where they are asking you for more money. You get a generic email to email for enquiries. I didn’t hear from my site supervisor my entire 2 1/2 year build time, with the exception of one phone call two weeks before PCI to delay PCI and he was abrupt and rude.In short, be prepared. They have great sales team who will really sell you on the experience. The experience in reality will be a let down. However, at the end of it you will have a home that is of good quality. You decide if that’s the journey you want to go on to get there.

As a first home builder, I know very little about the whole process. My sales consultant Phil and Tracey have been amazing, they went above and beyond. They are knowledgable and efficient, explained everything to me clearly, answered all my questions, provided helpful advice to me, treated me like an old friend. When my finance was delayed, they helped me with patience.I would highly recommend Phil and Tracey to anyone who is looking to build. We were recommended Move Homes through a family member and definitely don't regret our decision to build our first home with them. Given the current building boom we have felt apprehensive about building a house. However, Daniel has been nothing but helpful when it came to answering all our questions and getting back to us so promptly. We have had no communication issues and feel that we have been listened to every step of the way. During the design process they have consistently listened to our requests, made changes accordingly and made sure we were satisfied. Throughout this entire process we have never felt pressured and have really valued how easy and stress-free it has been. We would definitely recommend Move Homes to our friends and family. We can't wait to see our first home come to life!

Last year (2020) My husband and I built our first home with Move Homes. With any project as big as building a Home there are always things that don't go to plan, but Move Homes were very helpful, reliable and would respond promptly with any questions or concerns we had. During the announcement of the Government grants last year, my partner and I decided to try our hand at getting our own house and went with Move Homes because of their array of designs and information on their website which was more informative and vibrant than other builders. We used their recommended finance broker who went above and beyond to get us a good home loan, and the team at Move were so accommodating in modifying a house design we liked to suit our needs and block size. We were constantly updated on the progress of our build and provided with additional information where required and read their informative blog posts on social media regarding prestart, dealings with the estate and tasks to complete during our build timeline. As the house went up, Move was very responsive in answering any questions we had or addressing small faults we noticed which ended up in us getting the keys to our dream first home, with little to no hassle or errors in record time for an incredibly good price! Choosing Move Homes was by far our best decision for getting us into our own home faster with exactly what we wanted, I will be building with them again when the time comes!

The Move Homes team are such a professional, supportive and genuinely helpful outfit. From Neil working with us to select the best location and design for our block, through the build and approvals, to completion, we couldn't be more satisfied. Great quality and attention to detail! Move Homes have made the process of deciding to build our second home an easy and exciting experience! Daniel worked with us on our design to ensure it met all of our needs, always getting back to us promptly with answers to any of our queries no matter how big or small. Once the design was locked in we were quickly able to book in our Prestart and did all our colour selections in one day. Caitlin the Prestart consultant was fantastic, providing helpful advice and never pushing us toward unnecessary upgrades and truely letting us customise the home for what we wanted. Getting quotes for additions changes we weren’t 100% sure on made it easy for us to review and sign off on all our variations. We are really looking forward to seeing our dream home come to life.

We had our first house built by Move Homes. I would do it again but now in a different way.The highlight moments were with their sale representant Neil and with our site supervisor Walter. Two wonderful people to work with. Easy, gentle, accessable, careful and nice guys these two are!I would recomend customers to be careful in the project and in the variation moment. They planned our house the way we wanted, but it would be more efficient and quick if we had a particular designer to draw it with us and to check the measurings and the proporcial of the space. Move Homes works with the standart kind of built in Australia, so if you want something a bit more refined, go to a particular designer to help you in the project before sign the plan. Unless, of course, you are happy with one of their desingned plan in the folder, that's what I would recomend.

Built with Move Homes through their consultant Mark Antoniades and just move in few weeks ago.None of the trouble that we hear about first home buyers happened to us. We were actually assisted and guided well by the team both by Bayanihan property & Move Homes --from when we were inquiring, to establishing our finances, planning the house and throughout the whole duration of construction and turnkey.
