Photos are awesome but I can't get online and order anything. The website never seems to work for me every time I've tried to get on over the past month. Unsure if the coding for the website isn't written well but I can seem to get onto every other website on the internet except this one.

The staff member was very unhelpful. I live in Burleigh Heads, and have shopped here for years - so many beautiful photographs of the area, however my partner bought me a beautiful (expensive) dress. When I tried it on at home I noticed the material stitching was definitely faulty in numerous places. My mum returned while I was at work, and they wouldn’t offer a refund - only a store credit. I returned when I had the chance, and explained the situation and was given no help at all by the staff member. I think if you spend that much money on a dress it should not be faulty, and should be offered a choice of a refund or store credit.

Won’t ever forget last time I was here with my friends. I was pregnant but not really showing and we were saying how cute the baby clothes were to which the shop keeper scoffed and said to someone else there (not sure if was another employee to customer) “look they think the clothes are just cute, wait until you actually have them and they start crying”. Well my son is 7 months old now and although he may cry at times I would never think of him in such a negative way like this lady seemed to think of her children. Didn’t realise you couldn’t find kids cute even though they cry too?? Maybe be careful with what you say in case the person your talking about is actually expecting, or maybe just don’t be so rude in general

Amazing photo art! Spend big $$$$ but left disappointed because of poor customer service. The business could benefit from putting more focus on customer service!

Absolutely in love with the little Burleigh boutique the photographs and the brands are so gorgeous! I visited the sip and shop last week for a fantastic night, greeted by beautiful staff and a really nice and welcoming atmosphere!

Absolutely loved coming here to buy a few prints I’m a long time fan of Sean Scott’s works so it was really awesome so look at all his work and buy some tooBit of a shame the girl at the front desk was complaining about how hungover she was

The store itself is beautiful and the clothes I found were great quality, but one thing that definitely needs improvement is the staffs customer service. Absolutely poor customer service overall, took 5 minutes for the staff to finish their personal conversation and to acknowledge my presence. Not once was asked if I needed help yet continued there personal conversations. Definitely something to look into to better the stores environment.

Alice is hands down some of the best customer service that I have experienced! She went above and beyond in the process of choosing my newest addition, and nothing was too much of a task. She is an asset to the business - I would highly recommend visiting the boutique!
