I went to Mister Minit Stafford City to have a necklace fixed and the man who served me was great! He listened to what I needed him to do and said he could fix it easily, I just needed to give him a few minutes. He also checked with me if what he was doing was what I wanted. Couldn’t have asked for better service and the price was the best part!

Friendly and professional. But being a public Kiosk. Other people like to get aWord in and then as a customer, your visit is pushed back. This happens everywhere. Best to go there beforePension day and not at lunchtime.Joel was very helpful.

Visited for the first time 26/4 at mid day, was served by a younger guy who was extremely rude. Wanted to purchase 2 x key covers at 85c each, when I took them to counter staff member said “ugh just take them” when I asked what he meant he said “well I’m not going to bother to put them through so you might as well just take them”.Nice of him to give away for free but extremely rude/dismissive. Sadly won’t go back.

Great service. Friendly, helpful, and way faster than I was expecting.Came to get some keys cut... another store had told me one of my keys (a little bent) couldn't be done - but was done immediately with no issues here.I had a small drama getting my own keys mixed up when I handed them over but the man that served me was patient and understanding.Would definitely recommend. Can't say a bad word.

Every time I have been there, it's been a delightful experience! I've always been served by the same bloke, his name I do not know, but he has a crew cut and speed dealer sunnies. The only thing he seems to be dealing however, is excellent customer service. Have been multiple times and will continue to return.

Excellent service from Joel. Had to get sides of a key filed down as it was catching on my door frame. Joel did it very promptly and also no charge. Will definitely return for my key cutting.
