Always really happy with my car service here at Westco. Today was no exception, I was served by Angela at Nissan and she was really lovely to talk to. She went above and beyond to keep me updated with the progress of my car service and was very helpful and insightful finding answers for all of my questions. The mechanics did a very thorough and great job as usual and always appreciate the car wash included. Thanks all!

When telling my story of my experience I received from yourself today I was surprised to be laughed at. It seems you have a reputation for over-charging (Quoted $2000 by Nissan, fitted for $500 by Cheno’s in Atherton) and under delivering in customer service. Good luck in these hard times. You are really going to need it. Thanks for nothing Greg/Glen or whatever your name is.

Went to this dealer to look at taking advantage of the current sale that Nissan have on the X-Trail and no help from the sales team told me that they had nothing available. Considering they are part of Nissan Australia I find it hard to understand that they couldn’t locate the car I was looking for from another dealer

I was looking for a 2nd hand car but I always thought that I'd buy it privately. As the supply in Cairns is pretty limited, we decided to visit a couple of car yards just to have a look at the cars we were considering. One of those was Westco. They were really exceptional and very professional in their approach. None of the second hand car salesman talk that one comes to expect. They also happened to get hold of a nice Kia Stinger a couple of days before and the price was pretty competitive compared to the prices being asked by the privates. Needless to say, we are now the proud owners of a Kia Stinger.

My car was crashed and I needed a car in short time. Dan and Myles gave good advice and friendly service that we chose a car quickly. It was ready in a week before Xmas and here we go again =)

The service buying my car I couldn't fault. The after care is dreadful. Once they have your money it feels like they don't care. I have issues with the exterior of my car at 4 months old and they refuse to help. Told me warranty or protection I paid extra for wont cover it and even said that we damaged the car which is incorrect and just them getting out of paying to fix the issues.If I could separate the reviews from buying the car to after care I would but there head office and warranty department are awful and refuse to help with a number of issues. Because of this I cannot recommend Nissan Westco Cairns and I will never refur or purchase another car from them ever again.Salesman 9 starsAftercare and head Office 0 stars

What a slick operation this is. I brought my T31 X Trail in due engine management light on. From the initial meeting to driving away with the issue solved, I am hugely impressed. Carissa met me and knew me by my first name even though I have never met her. The Nissan Master Tech was there to discuss the issues with the car with me. The courtesy bus dropped me to where ever I wanted to go in Cairns and was to pick me up from any destination I required. And the cost of repair?...I was expecting much higher.Westco Nissan are serious players in the vehicle service and repair arena - well done guys and girls.With impressive service like this I would purchase a new vehicle from your outfit and have all servicing completed in-house.Merry Christmas to you allRegards Andrew

The worst servicing in entire worldTook our car at 8am today to fix the parts which were unfortunately paid by us, we were told to do a deposit so a week ago did 850$ deposit and today at 8am we were said they will take whole day to fix the car. We were okay but at 1pm we get a call saying the parts department is not allowing to give the parts unless we do the payment. It’s not that we did t had any money we were not told anything about payment we assumed payment will be done at the end when all work is done! It shows for 5 hours they hadn’t even seen our car. It’s not the first time they have let us down. Poorest service worthless making these type of people to work!
