I walked in today and was greeted with 2 beautiful helpful hairdressers. They listened to what I was trying too achieve and after 4hours my hair looks and feels beautiful!Thank you Ladies I look forward to future appointments with you xx

It's never open when I come! I've tried to purchase my hair dye so many times and each time it's been closed! 1pm on a weekday and it's closed when it says opened until 5:30... I don't get it.

Purchased a Parlux blow dryer. There was a deal on the hairhouse warehouse website where it was cheaper and came with a brush and straightener but they didn’t have the set in stock in store so the manager ended up giving me quite a large discount and a different brush. Really appreciated it, he was so lovely. Everytime I’ve been in here I have been really looked after and gotten some great advice

I have been getting my haircuts here for a while now with Danielle. She is very knowledgeable and has a beautiful nature about her I always feel comfortable there. She is very good at what she does, I have long hair and she always does justice to my wishes as a customer. The girls overall are very pleasant every time I call, and today they did me a favour to fit me in at a short notice, which was really kind of them. I would highly recommend them!

Today I stepped into the shop to ask about hair colouring . I was greeted by Danielle who advised me on the correct treatment for my hair . The last 2 hairdressers I saw at the local shops started making my hair lighter which destroyed my hair even more . Danielle advised about proper products and on going treatment . I was so pleased with the results I received today with my new colour. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Danielle is very friendly and experienced.

I’ve been here numerous times and Luke is amazing. However, after this weekend I won’t return. I have medium length hair and I used to come here often only ever paying around $70. I went in and this new girl tried to quote me $95 for a wash and blow dry. Even hairdressers in the city don’t charge that much. Don’t try and rip off a regular customer and charge premium pricing for a sub-par experience. Awful experience.

I have been visiting Hairhouse Macarthur Square for a while now and so happy to be client of theirs. Luke is always helpful making decisions. Its important to have a trust, fair prices as well as friendly service. I got my hair lightened up and it was something I was worried about but I took that chance and Luke did excellent job. I also got my hair dip dyed later on. My mom and aunt also got their hairs done and so happy. Looking forward for our next visit.

I was a first-time client here today. I highly recommend Lilly - she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and passionate in her work. All staff were welcoming and made the appointment a pleasant experience overall! Also, seeing as I am a full-time student, I appreciated Lilly providing and sticking to a set quote. Very satisfied!
