Really angry with this place. They're supposed to be open until 7 pm, and I showed up before 6. The doors were closed and 2 employees were inside just looking at their phones. It wouldn't be an issue if there was a sign up saying they were on a break and an ETA for them opening again but nothing. I went shopping thinking they might be open again when I was done, but nope. One of the employees even looked at me but made no attempt to explain they were on a break or why they weren't open. This left a really bad taste in my mouth for this shop.

The lady I dealt with had no customer service skill. Rude and getting annoyed when asking her questions. I will never go there again. There was no samsung on display and she was getting aggressive when ask to see the phones. She lied about accessories prices before I sign. Fo example Item she said $100 was actually $250 and she revealed the real price after signing the contract.Honestly one of the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

This is the best telephone shop I've ever used. When I changed my last phone they actually took the time to ask questions and suggest the best phone for me, which was actually one model lower down than the one I thought i needed. Great customer service and the after sales service is equally good as I've gone in twice for help and been assisted by a different, but equally friendly and knowledgeable person each time. Yes, sometimes you may have to wait, but if you go during a busy time that's bound to happen at any telephone store! I just check if they look busy, do my other shopping an then pop back, and I always manage to get assisted on the day. Thanks team!

Absolutely atrocious service. I tried to go in there and change my plan to something better ( was paying close to $40 per month for 4gb) so I decided to try change, I go in there and this Gronk hands me a Nokia pay phone and says talk to support (who never answered). Worst provider ever. I ended up switching to Telstra lol

Friendly and helpful staff. However, just hope your new item isn’t faulty. They won’t replace it. Apparently it has to be sent away for approximately 3 weeks.

Went in this morning to get new plan,very helpful in and out In 30 mins.

Went there few days back. Two Indian workers was there. One presumably newbie and the other one store manager. Newbie first welcomed me and explained however later the store manager took over. Both explained very well, however the manager was very pushy. After the plan was explained, I told him that I’ll go home and think about it. I was on the phone with my husband as well. He kept insisting wanting to talk to him when I said there’s no need to. Probably to influence him to sign the plan today I guess. Then keep emphasising the good deal is ending today. Again, influencing me to sign the plan today. I told him repeatedly that I’ll think about it. I finally got up and left the place. He seems unhappy probably cause I didn’t sign therefore he didn’t get his commission. LOL!Only go to this place is you’re really sure you want to sign a plan otherwise don’t go. Pushy store manager.

Honestly worst possible place you can go to change your plan or just get a new phone. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The guy literally took 4 hrs and asked so many irrelevant question. It shouldn’t take that long just to buy ONE PHONE. I hate this place and I never want to go back. I’m usually a patience person but I could not take those 4hrs. He even messed up putting the screen protector.

I thought it would take really long to process my order so I started a quick match of ranked Fortnite on my old ipad. They got it done really quick and finished while I dropped a 50 bomb. Fast peeps, walked in for 2 phones and an iPad and left the store with it within 15 minutes. I was completely disappointed that they weren't slow because couldn't finish my game but it was worth the derank. Gave the fellow chap some sour patch kids as a reward. Nice people 10/10.
