As the builder Yongliang Qu was unable to repair the structural defects . He has been sued and lost in NCAT(file no. HB20/05649). Therefore, He is now unable to take any contract which requires home warranty insurance, which means he is not allowed to take any constructing activity which worth more than 20,000.
