This business really is one of those gems in Sydney, you don't find music shops this authentic and genuine on every corner! I left feeling refreshed and happy with my experience there. I had such a good experience with the people at PMI. The service is great as they give great suggestions and guitar choices I was a guitar beginner. and it was within my $300 budget. I am satisfied with my purchase. LAG Occitania Classical Guitar. The tonality of sound is warm and amazing! I highly suggest to go there for a good search.

Love this store! Sad to know they'll be reducing operations to just instrument repairs (from what I heard) by the end of the month... Recently I purchased my first steel string guitar from here and despite being a floor model its in nigh perfect condition! The sound is warm and beautiful in tone, especially in comparison to my $20 nylon string I got second hand. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a dog the last time I went :D if you are in need of any musical supplies and are in the area I can't recommend a better place!

Lucy and Adam went above and beyond to assist me while purchasing my first electric drum kit. They provided solid advice and the customer experience was first class. Would highly recommend Prestige Musical Instrument shop and will definitely go back!

Came in here a couple weeks ago and the second I entered the employee was rude to me just cause I am younger than other people in their they also had a very bad brand of guitars. When I entered the employee came up and asked what we were looking for and I said oh we don't know yet we are just gonna look around and the employee said so your just here to play around" he than said to ask him if we need held which we didn't and before he left he said "next time you need help please respect what I say and ask me" but we didn't need help. So overall the employee was rude to me and my friends just cause we were younger than the other people in the store"

These guys are fantastic! Great selection of instruments and the customer service was second to none!Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out my first ever guitar (which I am absolutely loving)!I cannot recommend these guys enough!They are a local, family owned business and we all need to support local businesses more.100% will be going here for all my musical needs!

I’ve been a customer of Prestige for several years now. I’ve purchased Piano & Vocal Music from them for my students as they have a good selection to draw from.Recently, I bought a ukulele and Bass Uke at their new store ! The service was excellent as always and my son and I are really happy with our new instruments.The Rosebery store was bigger, immaculate and clean with ample free parking around.Looking at previous reviews, it appears the comments have been pretty harsh considering it was during their move from Bondi. It must have been a stressful time as there are so many aspects to navigate when moving a business, including all that stock. Some empathy and understanding would have been nice.
