It is rare these days to deal with a company, that offers such exceptional customer service from beginning to end. All the staff, from the moment i walked into the showroom were so helpful. Any questions i had were answered promptly & pleasantly, by Ruth or Ellie I agree with other reviews here, that Scott is outstanding at his job, his eye for detail is excellent & is very knowledgeable. I am very happy with my floors, they look fantastic! I can most definitely recommend this company!

I am delighted with my new spotted gum floor from Floormaster Kincumber. We visited the showroom on a Sunday, friendly lady was very helpful, we took home quite a few samples. Scott measured on Monday evening, he explained everything. Ruth and Thor were fantastic and my floor was down within a couple of weeks. The boys fitted 3 rooms in a day, great work. Thank you

Cant thank these guys enough. The quote was really competitive, and the two guys that carried out the installation did a faultless job. Really happy we went with Floor Master.

DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONALWhenever someone mentions Kincumber Floormaster, unfortunately, that is exactly what comes to mind!- after installation, we had significant damage to our walls and staircase; as well as door frames which all needed to be repainted and patched. An arrogant attitude by the owners Scott and Karen stated that it's expected after having tradesman in your home, and still after 12 months, the bad taste of the company has not left our home. It has honestly been a terrible experience and one we hope no-one else has to experience.Then after 6 months of installation, the product started to crack and break away which happened on our stair noses - making it a safety concern whenever anyone walked on them. Not once did the owners, Scott or Karen come out to see the issue and nor did they express any concern. They continued to take no blame or responsibility which after another long 3 months of wasted time, the only way the problem was fixed was that they made me outsource their problem to another company. We found out that this was a combination of manufacturing and installation issue. The manufacturer did supply replacement pieces but Kincumber Floormaster still never came.The length and effort this couple go through in making sure you have the worst experience is implausible. Managing 3 businesses myself, I can honestly say this couple have no pride in their work. It repulses me to think these people can own a business, take people's money and come into your home with no pride or respect!I conclude and confirm, Totally Disappointing and Extremely Unprofessional!

I love my new flooring and the guys were amazing to deal with. I will be coming back next time!

If I could give them less than one star, I would. I had booked a commercial floor quote a couple of weeks back. I conversed with Karen over email, I gave her all the details regarding my location. Their tradesperson was meant to meet me at 4.30pm and I called at 4.35pm only to be told that he didn't know the job was inside a centre and he didn't have capacity for commercial work".Maybe

My wife and I couldn't recommend Floor master at Kincumber more highly! Extremely professional operators, Scott and his team deliver such a high standard of workmanship with a great eye for detail, they also supply quality products and stand by their work. Beautiful final product! Can’t thank Scott, Karen and the installing boys enough. Absolutely over the moon with our brand new flooring.We got carpet and timber flooring which were both done beautifully. They helped us match the colouring and materials perfectly and can’t thank them enough.
