We had Coast to Coast Alarm Systems install a new CCTV system for our home. We found Adrian to very friendly and helpful.He assessed our home and listened to our needs and concerns. Adrian was able to use his experience and expertise to build a system to suit us. Never did he try to upsell or oversell and hence we felt very comfortable with what he proposed and delivered.Adrian communicated clearly with us and arrived to install the system as promised. He spent a number of hours at our home installing the cameras, controller and infrastructure and made sure it was all working properly before he left. He took the time to demonstrate how the controller worked and how the system connected with our smart phones.He even came back the following week to complete a software upgrade for us and checked to make sure everything was still as we expected and a refresher on all the functionality and capabilities of the system.We were so impressed with Adrian, we've asked him to come back to upgrade our outdated alarm system.We would definitely recommend Adrian to anyone who is considering installing CCTV and/or alarm systems.
