Sat in for lunch on a Sunday. Casual restaurant with nice but simple decor. We ordered a combo pho and combo banh mi. Both excellent! Also got a drip iced coffee each which was great. Good spot!

Small, family run restaurant. I enjoyed a salad (see picture). It was fresh and tasty. Very affordable. Service was very slow, it took 40 minutes for the dish to arrive.

We went to Hoi An because the restaurant we switched to, Vietland on Portrush Road was closed. A year ago we stopped going there as we found the person behind the till quite abrupt and rude.We went back to give them a second chance, hoping things had improved or it was just a bad day for them. Unfortunately, we had an even worse experience. We were having a late lunch at 2pm and about a third of the seats were taken. We were informed that our 2 and 4 year old daughters had to purchase a main meal to occupy a seat or we couldnt eat there. Our daughters had already had lunch at their grandparents. As alluded there was about 6 other tables available. Highly unlikely to be filled considering the time of the day.I had a quick peruse of the recent reviews and the unpleasant nature of this restaurant owner appears to be an ongoing theme. We actually think ownership has changed in the last year, as previously it was nice there and didnt have such rigid conditions to allow eating here. Its interesting to read the responses to the previous similar reviews to mine. The owners responses are pleasant online, but in person she is quite mean spirited.Do yourself a favour and travel 2-3 minutes to Vietland. The girls there are so more pleasant. Food is superior too.

Been coming here for seven years at least three or four times a year. Arrived at 3:42 today because my husband was hungry for pho. My daughter and I came with him. Slovenly service from the moment we arrived. I’ve never seen such a lazy server and to find out later she was the owner, even worse. When I came in I said there was just one of us eating and two of us for a snack. There wasn’t another soul in the restaurant, obviously for the time. Ended up ordering a main course soup, a Bahn mi and two orders of spring rolls and a drink. She refused us service because we didn’t order three mains. Insane, bill probably came to the same amount so you can add large slab of no business sense to this aswell! So now looking for a new Vietnamese restaurant.

Ok place for lunch. Had a good meal there. Size of the Pho dishes is good value and the Special Fried rice good too. Clean and tidy restaurant with nice staff and food comes out quickly. Banh Mi rolls are only takeaway though. Ample parking across the street.

Our experience at this restaurant was none other than unpleasant. We went to order and we were told we had to order one main each person and when stating the fact that my little brother wasn’t hungry she gave us some bad attitude and the owner responded with the item we were ordering was out of stock although grilled chicken is in almost every item and clearly wasn’t sold out. I haven’t tried their food but I definitely won’t be returning due to the customer service.
