Visited for lunch on the 9th of May. Absolutely horrible. One of the wicked wing drumsticks were like elastic - you couldn't even bite off the meat as it was really that elastic - it actually felt like biting into rubber. HEALTH HAZARD!!! Had to throw away the drumsticks - basically inedible. Will take photos and video and escalate to KFC Corporate. Additionally, they threw in the tiniest piece of chicken tender - basically the size of a nugget for my Zinger box meal. Chips were stale and unsalted.Have been coming here regularly but this is the last time. Very experience and actually DANGEROUS that they served what appeared to be OLD REHEATED CHICKEN.

Ordered 2 zinger burgers and 1 was made wrong. A 10 pack of spicy chicken wings were the smallest wings and cold/chewy by the time I got home in 10 minutes. The teenager collecting payment didn't want to print me a receipt and when I asked for it she gave me a look that I won't soon forget. Not a friendly crew I'd say and I've had better KFC at other restaurants of theirs.

9/5 visited half n hour before closing asked if they had enough chicken left otherwise id be happy to just leave as I did come late. but staff brought out a box and said they had plenty. The store manager hand picked the leftovers they had and packed it into my meal, saw this burnt piece on the top of pile. this is very poor conduct

Bought Family Feast at drivethru Christmas Eve. Chicken inedible..dry, overcooked and bones black! No help from Manager on duty, said from photo looks ok to her. Consequently reported to Head Office a week ago who said General Manager will be in touch...still waiting!!

I ordered 6 pieces of original, they gave me 5. I requested no breast, they gave me 4 breast.I strongly advise customers that make drive through orders to double check your order before you leave.

Sadly this store has gone downhill massively in recent times. Always get my order wrong. Never have seasoning on the chips. Always get my order confused & I’m always repeating my order several times for them to still get it wrong. The people on the drive thru microphone are quite unprofessional. This KFC needs help.

Chicken in burger was undercooked and appeared white, while we ordered for 4 pieces of fried chicken we only got two soggy pieces. Overall very bad drive thru food experience.

The Asian bloke at the counter was amazing, even did bit of a special request for us.This was the first time we had KFC in about a year. Normally you know how it is, either soggy and tastes like it's been warmed up or dry but fatty.Lidcombe KFC surprised me, the chicken was amazing. I haven't had KFC that tastes this good since the 90s. We'll definitely be back.The restaurant was extremely clean. We actually spilt drink every where and they were happy to clean it up and it was just so good, I can't get over how nice the chicken was lol.

Typically, KFC is a favourite of mine amongst fast food, and the quality can vary acceptably. Today's fillet burger was well below. I don't know how people can serve brown lettuce, and the chicken isn't great either. Staff require quality control training at the very least.Update:Lodged a complaint through the app and just received a call about 24 hrs later from the store offering store credit and providing a sincere apology, which is surprisingly quick and impressive.
