Empower u has impacted my life so much more than I thought it would and in such a positive way. It has helped me so much with motivation and becoming the person that I've always wanted to be. I would recommend this program to any and every single teenager.

Empower U has changed my life in ways that are indescribable. I went into this program with little to no self confidence and longing for connection, and since then I have learnt the concepts of self love and have immersed myself into everything I do and I am much more understanding and aware of myself and the world around me. Empower U has created a wonderful community full of beautiful, supportive people and I have regretted absolutely nothing with this program. I am so grateful for being introduced to it and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who may be hesitant in trying it out. It is genuinely such a beautiful experience

This program has changed my life for the better, i have learnt so many new things and way to handle tough situations. I used to be shy and lack self-confidences and now I am full of confidence and I have become a very out-going person. If you are thinking about attending this program or wanting to child to go I would 100% recommend it. Empower u has been life changing for me.
