Peter White of Quality Tree Services is an honest hardworking tree man.I met Peter the day I was considering buying a house in Kingston. He gave me a free quote with no obligation to proceed.The real estate agent gave me a referral to another tree man named Tom who he said would be much cheaper. He looked at the job but after two reminder calls failed to produce a written quote. I then rang the 'Dangerous Tree Expert' who said he would quote but two reminder calls later I gave up on him. I then rang a larger company in the area who were efficient and prompt in returning the quote but were $1500 dearer than Peter White.I am glad I went with Peter , his staff were friendly and helpful and they did more than I expected. A large branch overhanging the neighbours'fence broke a couple of palings , he immediately advised the neighbour drove home and returned to repair it. He also kindly removed two 1 metre high cocos palm stumps that had not been part of the quote.Peter Maher Gardening (Gold Coast)

Peter White gave me a quote (which was later changed as more expenses were added on or inflated) for tree lopping services on my property. As an aged pensioner, I was upfront in explaining my limited financial means because of retrenchment some 12 months earlier.The morning of the job his arrival was so 'late' that I expected a 'no show. 'Some old guy finally showed up with a dog very 'rude' and unfriendly. I hesitated to complain, as their attitudes were as though I should be grateful they showed up at all!! Anyway I didn't get my monies worth as the job still remains incomplete. Due to their lateness I was 'overcharged' as they were unable to complete the job in the time allotted. This Peter White guy and his workers are arrogant and disrespectful. My past dealings have been to accept a man's word that he will agree to do an honest days work for an honest day's pay. This company Quality Tree Procedures does NOT deserve your business. Their motto is to overcharge for 'incomplete' work and if you don't like it. Too bad. Either way they still get remunerated at the end of the day for 'inferior' workmanship.

My grandparents located in Logan area used this business for some land clearing as they live on acreage. This Peter White guy 'overcharged' and 'misquoted'. His entourage includes some old guy with his 'dog' in tow named after a boxer a 'real whinger' too after repeated requests to keep this dog of their property were ignored The workmanship was disappointing as the job was rushed the allocated time originally agreed to was more than a day. Elderly people (customers) should not be financially exploited in this way spare yourself the same 'vexation' by utilising a company with 'integrity and transparency' rather than Quality Tree Procedures cause of excessive overcharge misleading quotes.
