The staff at Alstonville Automatic Services are fantastic. Today I had my car booked in for a Pink Slip and service, but at the last minute had to change it just to do the Pink Slip. I rang and asked if this was possible. They did not hesitate. Said to bring it in and they would do it straight away.Amazing service from Mel and the team. Thanks.

Absolute legends,fit me in on really short notice even when they were busy,had my car fixed within a few hours and enabled me to get home safely. Great service and explained the issue very clearly. Would certainly recommend.

I called in to try and book an appointment, some gruff grumpy man answered the phone, he seemed annoyed that I called after 5pm, all I was after was a quick pink slip booking, it would have take 2 seconds to put my name down. Instead he complained about it almost being 6 o'clock and hung up. Very poor customer service, if you cant make a booking, don't answer the phone, its as simple as that. I will spend my money else where on a company that appreciates their customers.

Went and got my registration done the men were just fantastic and had great service, as it was very busy and has a great business always very busy, I will be going back again and very close to where I live

I've been using Alstonville Automotive for about a year and when it comes to periodic servicing they seem to do a great job. They also fixed my lights at short notice recently which I really appreciated.What I don't appreciate though is having to constantly chase them up for quotes and other information I need for the extended warranty company so they process my claim. I became agitated after being promised something by the end of the day for 5 days in a row and not receiving it. I was hung up on by Jenna who refuses to apologise and accuses me of being rude when I attempted to address the issues. And then I had to take the car back for them to rescan the code because they never made a record of it in the first place.We all get busy at times but making promises, fobbing people off and hanging up on them just makes the situation and agitation worse. Delaying other people makes them more busy for something any staff member should have been able to look up on their computer system. I am owed an apology by the staff and management at Alstonville Automotive Services and yet since they refuse, I'm left with little choice but to leave this poor review.

No nonsense, tell it how it is. Cost estimates realistic and work done top notch. Parking available and nothing is too much trouble.

We have used Alstonville Automotive Services for a few years now on all of our cars and have nothing but great things to say about them. Our 16-year-old daughter recently purchased her first car and Seb carried out a pre-purchase inspection for her at very short notice. He clearly explained any issues he thought may come up in the future and treated her with nothing but respect. Mal, Seb, Jenna and the team are the best in the business and if I could give them more than 5 starts I would.

Went in for a Pink Slip. Got abused by the owner for driving down the driveway. So I will never go back here.If you are a disabled person this buiness does not have any Disability Parking Spots availabe even though they are required to under Local Council Regulations.
