Trigg Pizza

As a usual customer for more than a year on almost every week/month, last night, the order was really disappointing. In contrast to all previous occasions, this order of a supreme and The G was loose and gooey and not very friendly home delivery. Called them and gave them feedback, but 'oh sorry' in rush and saying we're busy doesn't look very comforting. I'll try them once or twice again, but until I find their usual quality back, keep these two star reviewEdit: I ordered from North Beach as always

Absolutely disgusted at the service here. I ordered a pizza tonight which was made incorrectly. The man told me that the staff don't read the receipts so did not see the modifications requested due to my anaphylaxis. When I asked if the pizza could be remade, the man told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and he refused, saying absolutely not" meaning I was forced to pay $30 for a pizza I never received. I have never experienced such poor customer service and would be very concerned for anyone with an allergy or intolerance who ate from Trigg Pizza.Edit: I spoke with the owner via email who apologised and gave me a refund."

Great pizza! Would like to see more and varied pickup specials though

Got pizza delivered Tuesday night, if I wasn't so hungry I wouldn't of eaten it . I got a chicken Delux which comes with creamed corn and pineapple. So I was expecting pieces (chunks) of pineapple , i think I did tasted some but the pieces were so small I couldn't see them and like I said I 'think' I tasted some . In general the pizza had very little ingredients on it , it was chewy and just tasted of sauce and if it had creamed corn I couldn't taste it. I'm not a big eater and it was a family pizza. I forced myself to eat half of it and woke up hungry later. I had to find my 2 year old who loves pizza something else for dinner as she wasn't impressed either. I'm sick and tired of having to drive 10mins from my house in North beach to buy edible food, it's not just this place . This area is notorious for high priced low quality food that's often days old rotting in display cabinets. I know Trigg doesn't have the best pizza but in the past at least its been edible. I only go here once ever 12months when I'm lazy. If the pizza's were better I'd probably be getting 1 or 2 a month at least.Thanks Trigg pizza you've actually put me off eating pizza for a while . At least this time I didn't make the mistake of getting a pizza with mushrooms, they use tinned mushrooms!

My husband and I went today (24/6/23) and it was an amazing experience. Pizza was tasty, dough and thin edge the way we like it. The manager was extremely gentle with a enthusiastic conversation. We recommend this place.

It is been said by management at Trigg Pizza that they do not need any sanitisers or hygiene practices for the public whilst collecting their food and using their EFTPOS for payment, this was the precise verbatim of the Store Manager upon complaint by a customer making a request for sanitiser !!! Is this person for real in times when the world is struggling with the serious affects of Covid . What a .............

Wonderful pizzas. We love the thin crunchy crusts. Ordered the large. Just right for two persons, not too greasy and not too filling.Great for a relaxing night with Netflix. Have tried the Chicken Deluxe which had creamed sweet corn. Went back again and got the Trigg Island Special. Perfect. Lapped up the bits of toppings which had fallen off our slices. They have a sofa for waiting customers too. Highly recommended.

Amazing GF pizza - recommend the BBQ chicken. Location is perfect to get a takeaway pizza and watch the sunset on such a great coastline. Service is exceptional

What a well-oiled machine this place is. I don't normally eat pizza but was so hungry and fish & chips next door just wasn't going to cut it. Team of young girls forming a production line at the front all with their Trigg Pizza shirts, a man doing the pizzas in & out of the oven and a GORGEOUS Asian lady the customer server. I ordered a large The G which was absolutely stunning...crispy thin base and fresh ingredients, could taste everything...so fresh. First bite while still really hot & watching the waves roll in across the road, I ate the whole large pizza it was that good with such a light texture. So impressed with this very professional little business...great product and very well presented, keep up the great work and congrats to the owner, not an easy business- will come again.
