Ordered flowers for my granddaughters 18th birthday, they sent them a week early, when I called to tell them, she first apologised, but quickly became quite rude when I asked for my money back.Obviously it had completely ruined the surprise.They were also very ordinary, could have bought a bunch at the supermarket for around $35, these were slightly bigger but cost $100..

Fantastic customer service!My sister and I wanted to send some flowers to our mum as we live rural and couldn't get them for her ourselves. The team at Rockingham Beach managed our online enquiry promptly, and even rang me back later to take my payment as the first time around I didn't have my wallet on me.Mum loves the flowers and it was a decent size bunch for the price.Thank you so much everyone!

I phoned up on Saturday later in the morning, and asked if some flowers could be delivered to hospital that day as my friend was in ICU, (I was informed that she wouldn't be able to have them in her room with being ICU, but they did get placed on the Nurses desk so she could see them), the flowers got there the same day, and they were beautiful. Thank you so much for making this possible and going out of your way to be so helpful. Very much appreciated.

I placed an order at 10am I receive no email or phone call all day as a follow up. I rang there to find out what’s going on and they tell me there is no order they have no flowers and they can’t help me.And then then a English lady that I was on the phone had the hide to hang up on me and don’t even bother to offer me any other services.Terrible customer service.

I went in yesterday to purchase some flowers for my mother. The person who served me created a colourful, beautiful bunch for me to take away. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity; it was really touching and meant a lot to me. My mother loved her flowers, by the way!

The owner of the shop was not welcoming I just went in their to look at some vases and she was acting as if I was going to destroy her shop. I didn't even touch anything and was walking around carefully. If your flowers are so delicate that they wither at the mear sight of me, maybe best to keep them behind some barrier
