My wife has just come home from a hip replacement so I quickly came to your store to buy a certain item. I was told by a friendly staff member that I have to wait for at least 3 weeks. 3 weeks too long. Also one of your staff members at the Epping store was rude and lacks people skills so I won't be going to that store again. The service I got was disrespectful

My interactions with the staff here have overall been positive.The carpark is the one thing I don't look forward to when I go there, especially if there's only a couple of parking spots available because there's just not enough room for a disabled person to open the car door wide enough to exit their vehicle and that's a high risk when considering the majority of customers are disabled.Just saying.

Website says they are open so I travel across town only to discover they are doing a stock take sale for several days. They even open the door to tell me they are closed and can't sell me anything. Numerous people with mobility issues arrive in the meantime. Perhaps update your website Opening Hours so as not to inconvenience customers.
