Joseph and his team did an outstanding job of selling our property. Their professionalism, knowledge and friendly manner guided us throughout the whole process.Joseph helped us buy our home previously and rent the property. He and his team took the times to explain everything to us and understand our needs and requirements. They kept us informed at all times. We highly recommend their services.

We couple rent house more that 2 and half year but the agents did treat tenants like human always shouting to tenant with small what rude agents in springvale area now I will complain rude service to council agent Melbourne( I willing pay for cleaning job nice call Sharon ask how much need to pay but she shout and close my call without answer my question) very rude agents. She make few time went covid just delay 3week payment scolding tenant like dog

Since you asked, you threatened to have my mother harassed when you tried to strong arm my brother into paying for service you did not provide.The owner of this business sent an email which I still have as proof of the threat that was made by Joseph the owner.I had planned on being discreet but since you asked. Would you like me to post the email as evidence of your disgusting behaviour for the entire internet to see?

You really need to keep communication with people interested in such properties.Myself along with many others have showed to a location exspecting someone to show up sms us or even let u know what is going on after you requested we confirm or cancel our attendance for our housing inspection.After waiting around 25 minutes myself along with others were ringing doorbells and banging on widows, I even witnessed some climbing gates to view back of property which is guaranteed to compromise integrity of the gate. The gentleman was so distraught he was checking all windows and door trying to find entrance as they were very upset no body showed. Which they should be. Im so glad I didn't have to take of work just to attend this inspection.Not very smart. People cancel other inspections to attend these and then to have the organised relestate agent HANA be to lazy not to notify about the cancellation is extremly poor service and im very glad I will not be continuing with your organisation because this is beyond unprofessional and I do not want my chances, personal details, even money or anything handled by an agency who cannot even give their potential tenants considerate courtesy. Nor as a landlord would I trust such an organisation who can allow and request confirmation for multiple people to just show up at property and remain there with no communication or check up from owner or estate agent.

We put our trust in Andy and he didn't disappoint. He is a pleasure to deal with. Andy is very professional and has a thorough, in-depth knowledge of the area. He also carries out the whole process, which can be very stressful, in a calm and relaxing manner. We have now bought and sold several properties with his help and have always been extremely happy with the result. Thank you Andy for your hard work on our behalf.

I leased one property in Springvale. Paying all rent on time in 2 years. I gave them one month notice and already done steam clean and general clean also provided invoice to agent. I gave them key of property before 20 days. They inspected and said that need to fix some areas. I was happy to fix those things and also I had 15 days to finished my notice. I promise them to fix it by weekend. Still, agent just called me over Wednesday around 11 am and I missed his call due to some work. And without any notice he claimed cleaning fees in VCAT. After I called him and paid $250 for one BR house which already cleaned. And he withdrew application from VCAT. I had still around 10 days left in my vacant date on that time. It’s really annoying that this type of agent are playing with people in different ways.

This business has been reported to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, an investigation is ongoing. This real estate approved my application for a property, took a holding deposit of the first months rent + bond, totalling $3100. I was handed a lease agreement two weeks later while being pressured to sign because of “time restrictions”, but I felt it necessary to take my time to read through, finding the real estate had increased rent by $100 per week without any notice. After days of negotiations about rent I witnessed such gross unprofessionalism I walked away from the property, never having signed anything. Consumer affairs, tenants Victoria and legal aid have worked with me for three months to have the $3100 returned, as is legally right. VCAT eventually ordered the return of the money. A restraining order was placed against Sharon for harassment.

Integrity, honesty and dedication is what comes to mind when dealing with LJ Hooker, Springvale.My experience has been overwhelmingly positive in dealing with both the Sales Team (Andy Chua and Robert Tep) along with the Rentals Team (Sharon Lee).Andy was able to sell my property within 30-35 days, even though the holiday period was upon us. They know the Springvale market/demographic extremely well and will do their best to achieve ideal results for yourself as a seller.I have 2 other rental properties in the same block, out of which 1 has been rented out in a reasonable time frame.The entire team is extremely tightly knit and professional and work well together as a well oiled machine. I would recommend anyone within the Springvale area to use their services and can vouch that they will not be disappointed!All the best LJ HOOKER and a big THANK YOU!

What terrible people to deal with, particularly Sharon, would not recommend this Real-estate for leasing or sales. This seams to be a common theme with this real estate, wish I had check out passed reviews before having anything to do with these people.

I'm not one to write reviews but I am writing this because Joseph and his team did an excellent job selling my house. We were always in good hands with Joseph and were kept informed from go to whoa. His experience and knowledge of the market was evident from the proposed marketing campaign to the negotiation stage which netted a great price. Some of the comments I've read on here is not a true reflection of this organization and I have no hesitation in recommending Joseph and his team for his professionalism, honesty and great outcome.
